Attached m.tech equivalent recognition document valid or not

Hi Experts,

AICTE has recognized DOEACC C-Level programme as equivalent to M.Tech/M.E. in Computer Science in a letter to Gwalior High Court. Will this document along with my certificate of C-Level is sufficient to prove that C-Level is equivalent to M.E./M.Tech.
Will there be any legal issues?

The AICTE was constituted as an advisory body in all matters relating to technical education. Even though it had no statutory powers,

As above stated matter, if AICTE has recognized DOEACC C Level programme as equivalent to M.Tech/ME in Computer science, As the matter of fact is there is no legal issue related to your above matter.
