Please help
1- Divorce case can be filed if 498 case is filed..?( summon still not received,6 month passed till chargesheet submitted).
2-If ground is false 498 case etec...for divorce...then wat will be the arguments..did chargesheet saying no witness found is helpful for filing divorse.

Hi I have some questions regarding an appeal to HC:
1. Please share what ''Land Acquisition'' cases, as mentioned in the roster in High Court means to a common man?
2. Does a property partition suit falls under a Land Acquisition or Civil(Writ) and to which category?
3. Does Civil Misc and Civil writ petition are same?

What action be taken against a newspaper agency /or a reporter,who tries to put false statement and allegations in the Newspaper and damaging reputation also by the release of which has offended my Family Member.Can I go ahead and file a case against such new reporters....???Help???

After mediation compromise agreement signed by the client . one clint is not present but his advocate singed for the clint. The signed or not present clint can appeal to this case higher court the appeal is taken by the court.The said mediation agreement is influnce the final decree in sub court. Please give expert information frm leading advocate and others.

Whether against revision application under section 129 DD of the Customs Act, 1962 appeal will lie to the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India?

I am respondent in a normal matrimonial petition u/s 13(1) (ia) filed by my wife. The case is simple and no adverse allegations are in the case. After five dates the case is at issue stage now. No one can predict how much time it will take now onwards. Meanwhile I have good job offer from abroad. But two years bond is to be signed. I have let them my position of case and they have agreed to send me back once or twice if required during the bond period. There is no Criminal case of any kind is pending against me.
My queries are
1] After determining issues what is the remaining procedure and approximately how much time now onwards it will take?
2] On the date fixed for hearing (cross examination of witness / proof) no hearing is done or petitioner deliberately to harass me apply for adjournment and I cannot make it to come again on next date and judgment is given in favour of petitioner due to non-presence of me, can I appeal in the concerned Hon’ble High Court against the Judgment?

Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife had pregnant and my wife treatment under doctor from 9 month, after delivery she have Nimoniya and typhoid but doctor say everything is control don`t worry but after 3 day delivery she had expired in hospital. that time doctor call police for his safe & side. police pressure on me for postmortem. we already give TEHRIR in police station against doctor negligence. which is carbon copy also i have.
but three day after police me and my brother sent jail because doctor fill case against section 147/323/504/506/427
and police take no any action on our TEHRIR
Many person say to me for cross case against doctor but after this incident my confidence level break and i didn`t want to involve any case so our office colleague suggestion for compromise and i agreed. isiliye maine abhi tak koi cross case nahi kiya.
but when he go to doctor for compromise then doctor say IMA (Indian Medical association)involve in this case so if he say to sorry and give some rupees as penalty then i withdraw this case.
Dear Sir/madam My soul not to permission this.
so kindly give answer my some question.
1. Can i cross case on behalf of TEHRIR ??
2. Can i go to Consumer Court against
doctor negligence and what is % of
success ??
3. I m belong middle class family and i
have 4 month baby.
Cross case karne se kya fayda hoga ??
Kindly give me your valuable suggestions
as soon as possible.

A friend of mine living in Andrewsganj, New Delhi approached me with a complain that one Madrasi Shop selling retail items has a pet cat, which moves around freely, licking milk pouches, urinating and brushing its fur on open atta bags, open sugar bags, open rice bags( six bags of different rice) and other open edible items. On complaining about this state of matter to the shopkeepers, who showed his South India attitude against all North Indians did not care and brush aside this complain saying, this is our pet cat it can do anything, we are not interested in the customers. Unfortunately, many customers were taken to ill after consuming the open edible items from his shop but were not aware of the fact of the pet cat of the shop as detailed above. My friend complained to MCD health department and the local police to book this shopkeeper for such malafide attitude towards his ignorant customers who were taken to ill because of his arogant and malafide attitude towards the north Indians.Police told him to complain to MCD health department and not to Police and returned his complain letter. In MCD health department, no body is interested in this complain hence my friend is in dismay and horrified at Indian Law of the Land. Could any of our learned friends tell my friend as to where to file a written complain for such abhorant act of the shopkeeper in question, as severe diseases can take place by and from this cat in question. Your answer will help and releive many innocent customers who had been taken to ill and at danger from severe illness.

Injection suite
Dear sir,
Past 1 year I'm waiting for injection order from district court in Dindigul,tamil nadu. when i ask my advocate, he is asking me to wait for 1 more year which logically i can not accept. my advocate is not replying properly. also, my advocate is saying that Judge is gone for delivery- no judge.
also, i try checking online..but online system is there for few courts.
is there any way to check the injection order current status? is there any way to complaint regarding this?
