Dear sir,
Past 1 year I'm waiting for injection order from district court in Dindigul,tamil nadu. when i ask my advocate, he is asking me to wait for 1 more year which logically i can not accept. my advocate is not replying properly. also, my advocate is saying that Judge is gone for delivery- no judge.
also, i try checking online..but online system is there for few courts.
is there any way to check the injection order current status? is there any way to complaint regarding this?

Be specific in your query. If any injunction order in your favor, give the details of the Injunction order application number or order yet to be obtained. Then you can always try to file in any other courts available in your jurisdiction like vacation judge.

It shall be better to obtain the certified copies of order sheet of every hearing of your pending case by moving an application in prescribed format in the copying branch which shall reflect the progress of your case from the very first hearing till to day.

Mr. Makkad has offered some useful tips, try getting the help of some other lawyer to verify the status in case your lawyer does not cooperates.
