If a member of co operative housing society who has not borrowed loan from co operative society or from any other institution, wants to cease as a member of the co operative housing society, what will be procedure for the same. Kindly guide in this matter. Thanks.

Twenty years ago, I heard a check case was filed against me. My brother had me sign a Vakalat (power of attorney for a lawyer) on the date of the case and appointed a lawyer. Since I later went abroad, a warrant was issued, and the case eventually became an LP (Long Pending) case. I only found out later that the complainant filed the case using an incorrect address. Can this case be cancelled for that reason? Will a Quash Petition still be valid since a lawyer appeared for me once? Is there any way to find out now if the lawyer actually appeared back then? The brother who handled all of this is no longer alive.

I purchased a gold necklace and bangles worth ₹7 lakh in 2018 , a few days before my marriage, and the bills are in my name. My wife wore them at the wedding. After two years, she called me to my bank to allow her to operate joint locker and threatened that if I did not come, she would call the police. When I went there, she took all the gold that I had purchased before marriage, along with the engagement ring that she had gifted to me. I made a video of the entire incident in which she clearly stated twice that she would return all my items once I returned a specific ring to her. I demanded my gold back the same day, but she refused. Can I legally recover all the gold, or will it be treated as her stridhan?

Fiancee has a land in her name. If i gift money to her and she uses those funds to make house in it
1. does it considered bemani transaction or not?
2. Will the transaction be called bemani after marriage if I also live along with her in her house?
3. How to document the gift of money properly to remove bemani status?
4.Also any better way to save the property from being benami

The neighbor who stays in Vizag,Andhra Pradesh, deliberately parks his two-wheeler on the 20-foot internal colony road in front of his house in Hyderabad, often using his old vehicle or directing tenants/associates to occupy the space, ensuring a reserved spot for his four-wheeler when he visits from Vizag , while my house , with only a 5-foot frontage, lacks adequate space for parking even a two-wheeler. Any legal remedy here please

It is submitted that my friend is a Govt. employee and her wife is an LIC Agent. Being an LIC Agent, her wife and Development Officer and even her husband has suggest a LIC plan Sum Assured Rs. 3 lac to a customer and after consent the customer is ready to purchase LIC Plan. After issuing LIC Bond which have two years lock period, the customer paid premium till 1.5 years and demanding 11 lac amount as LIC Agent has promised. But LIC agent did not missell the LIC Policy. After intimation all plan to customer, the customer give consent for issuing of LIC Bond.
Now the customer is threatening to written complaint to my friend Govt. Employee and her wife for cheating and mis-selling the Policy. The policy is issued after intimation facts and figures to customer.
Kindly suggest what can I do in this matter because my friend is Govt. employee and her wife did not want to face harassment by issuing any complaint letter.

It is submitted that one father's property measuring 100 sq. yards having three daughters and three sons. Three daughters are married. Before father's death, father make a will in which two sisters relinquish their shares but one sister did not sign on will. If any Supreme Court or High Court judgement by which three sisters can claim their shares or not. If any time limit of claim father's property after marriage of daughters.
Please suggest.

If a person is having various FDRs, few standing in sole name and few standing in joint name with his wife, whether it will be correct and legal if one writes wordings in will, reading ALL THE FDRS ALONGWITH ITS MATURITY PROCEEDS AND/OR RENEWED FDRS, STANDING IN MY NAME AND/OR IN JOINT NAME WITH MY SPOUSE BE GIVEN TO MY SPOUSE, instead of giving details of all the FDRs individually.
Kindly guide me.

Compromise in 498a case
Respected Sir Iam facing 498a case in Magistrate court and other cases in family court and High court of Karnataka filed by my wife. Now we both are decided to took divorce and settle the matter through compromise and to file compromise petition in family court with conditions( I have to give lump sum amt, monthly maintenance amt.till her remarriage or her lifetime, tranfer of some properties to her and instead she has to withdraw all cases filed against me).. Is Magistrate court has power to quash the 498a case based on compromise decree filed by my wife or is it necessary to approach the High court to quash the case based on compromise decree ? Please give you valuable suggestions Thanks in advance
