Fd interest

Hello Sirs,

I had placed a FD for a 91 day period snapping 2 financial year (i.e 2013-2014 & 2014-20150) with interest payable on maturity which falls in next financial year. The bankers have deducted TDS of the previous financial and they have updated in Trace system. Now my query is why am I liable to show total income of the accrued interest of previous years while the interest is paid only in 2014-2015. Also this unnecessarily increases my taxable income and slab to pay. Please educate me is the a clear directive from CBDT to bankers are there any circular. Also if I have to file tax how my gross FY2013-14 income (minus)the interest amount which is paid in FY2014-15.

Thanking you in advance for your advice and legal taxation solution.

Regards
Stephen

498a - bail in u.p. - direction by hc

Hello Sir / Madam,
I approached Allahabad HC to get a stay on a false 498A case against me and my family. Though the HC refrained from quashing the FIR, they have directed the session court to handle the case according to the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Versus State of U.P. reported in 2009(4) S.C.C. 437.

I have couple of queries for the same:

1. I live in UK, Is it necessary to be personally present in the court for the bail in this case? Can I get an exception and can the lawyer not file it on behalf of me and my whole family?

2. Can you please suggest a good (or the best) criminal lawyer in Kanpur?

I would be really grateful for your expert opinion and advice.

Thanks in advance.

3. The beneficial amount is such that one can easily get a flat also the brothers are willing to look after her and take care of her. In this situation, can she still insist and demand to have her own flat in the same re-developed residential society as she has stayed in the inherent flat since her birth. She is of around 53 years old.
4. My unmarried sister is the first nominee in the share certificate of the said property.

In suits like 406,498a presence of accused is mandatory

In suits like 406 and 498A presence of accused is mandatory or his lawyer can represent him in court and there is no need of accused to be present.

Can dv and 498a be combined?

I have exactly identical allegations in 498a and DV. Ex- has a separate maintenance case running so she has not asked for interim maintenance orders in DV, only protection orders.

Can I request 498a and DV be combined into the DV case, and try to get out of this mess in 6 months which is the limit for deciding DV?

Divorce

Dear esteemed members of the forum,

I am a 36 year old female..Married 3 years ago.

My husband is 3 years younger than me. I am well qualified and financially well off. My husband and Mother in law started harassing me 6 months after marriage. My husband has also absubed me physically//but I have no proof for it.

My husband and his mother are very brashfull and uncivil in their behaviour ..even the neigbours do not talk to them.
I have been trying to work things out amicably but both of them are very insensitive and cruel.

I have been living seperately from them...currently with my parents..My husband threatens to file a divorce..Can he do that without my consent.
I do not have any affairs or have never ever indulged in any activity which is considered not permissible as per conventional standards....My husband keeps saying that we are financially well off..and that I am well educated and professionally well settled..so the court will not consider my contention against the divorce..is this true?
