property in the name of child

sir my wife has file 498a and pwda for maintenance a two years old child is with her i have demanded child custody.

now i want to buy a house in the name of child.

will the purchase of house in the name of child succeed to curtain the huge money maintenance per month order of wife?

will child custody case helpful to prove that father is invested some money in the name of child for his future as its final duty of each family to earn for children after fundamental needs and hence child custody to be in favour of father?

when is a person eligible for Second Marriage

Story is:

Married in Aug-2008, my wife went for delivery and haven't turn back since the birth of my baby Dec 2009, after that my relatives tried there level best for reconcilation, but my in-laws went to police station and registered 498A, 3 & 4 DPA and 84C against all my family members in Oct 2010 and demanding money around 50 Lakhs. Current status is charge sheet not filed yet, we are obtaining bails.
Here the intention of the girl or her family members is clear they want money not either me or my love. I don't want to give any peny because i'm obidient in my matrimonial duties, i haven't done any mistake this is what my wife also know clearly, but she wants money, which is illegal.

My question is:

How long should a person wait like this ?
As per our indian law any court can't force her for matrimonial duties, but i don't want to spoil my future, so legally when can i look for second marriage ?

Kindly suggest....

Change of full family surname

Hi,
Because of lack of awareness, in my family everybody has either different surname or no surname. I want to make a change in each name with a common surname. How can it be done? Can my father ask for this change on behalf of whole family by following the usual process of name change and by publishing in a newspaper? All the family members are above eighteen. Please give your valuable suggestions.

property dispute

My father-in-law has two sons and two daughters. he has a house and site but it belongs to my mother-in-law. my father-in-law built upstairs only. They registered a will distributing the property equally by 4 parts. but while the old couple were ill, the sons frightened them and registered another will saying the property belongs to only sons. my father-in-law died on 22nd dec, 2010 and my mother-in-law was telling what happend to them. In this connection do the daughters have any right over the property? Is the second will is legally powerful? As the original site belongs to my mother-in-law, can her daughters claim their share in the property? pl answer.....
