Hi Sir,
My name is mani,Here i would like to take some advice on my grand father's(Mother's father) property.Actually my mother is one and only daughter to my grand parents
I and 2 sisters are to my parents,i only did my sister's marriages and i only cleared all my father's loans(No proper papers but everyone know in the family),Due to some family disturbances in the home my grand parents(mother's parents ) are staying with me since 5 years and not with my mother,
Suddenly property issue brought by my sisters and they are asking my mother to get proper will on my mother's name from my grand parents but My grand parents are not ready to make the will on my mother's name because once they write the will on my mother's name definitely that will go to my sisters not to me because my mother is supports to my sisters always and they are telling that you only taken the family responsibilities and did the sister's marriage, cleared all the loans, now sending the money to the parents(my mom and dad) for their expenses and even i am take caring of them.
Finally my grand parents are telling that the property must come to me not to any one even my mother because i only did everything to the family.
So now they are ready to make the will on my name not to my mother's name.
Please advice me how i can proceed.
Thank you..
Regards,
Mani.

Sir,
My friend's father had two daughters (my friend and her sister). Her father's legal wife is my friend's mother. He had married another woman also and a daughter. But my friend's mother expired when they were three years old. After my friend's mother expiry, my friend's father take care of my friend's family alone. Later on he does everything for my friend and her sister. The second wife settled in Kerala as she was a nurse she take care of her family and doesnt interrupt in my friend's family. Suddenly, my friend's father got cancer and fell sick. My friend and her husband alone takes care of him and does everything till his death. My friend's father died six years before. He had a house at Anna Nagar which he asked to divide between my friend and her sister. The same way my friend and her sister mutually agreed and settle among themselves. Now, the second wife is coming and asking for something. As no one know about this, i would like to clarify whether the second wife and her daughter have any possession to the property. Should my friend give anything to her. Since for the past thirty years they didnt involve in any of the family matter. Its a very big shock to us. What should we do? The legal heirship certificate tells that my friend and her sister alone are legal heirs. Will now the second wife and her daughter have the right to claim from my friend. Please clarify.
Dear Ms.Pooja Dhiman:Though I am nobody to interfere in your subject but I just want to add that to abandon is not the solution of any problem. We differ on some issues and there are people who consider themselves above others, so they may be victim of their inferiority complex, so you can very well make them understand that what they think is reactinery approach and that proves nothing. But Ms.Pooja, certainly this column is a boon for the hapless people like us and these learned people are there to help us all.You may agree on their advise or not but pls. remember, when nothing comes free in this materialistic world, these great people are there to guide us without any reward in return.A simple Thank You can change their approach towards common citizen of our beloved country India. Once again I am Sorry to interfere without asking.
after married both of you are follow any religions rituals which are decide your future religion
Question of Citizenship?
A muslim having valid INDIAN passport and working in KUWAIT as a migrant worker get into illegal contact with a INDIAN woman who was also a labourer. The lady delivered a girl child but died during delivery.
Whether the child is INDIAN?
The man and his mother living currently in KUWAIT are requesting Indian Embassy in Kuwait to give a passport to the child so that they will arrange repatriation back to INDIA.But there was no response for the last 3 years.
What is the legal consequence? Anyone interested in the child rights issues can take up the case.
