good evening sir
one month before my wife has gone with her parents for holiday trip . where she has been forced to see a boy and blaickmailng her that if she won't left me and marriage with that boy they will kill themself and her sister will be left by her husband as my marriage is an inter caste marriage . i have no proof about balckmailing but i have the proof that they saw her a boy . now in family pressure she told me to leave her as she is not adjusting with me and their parents has taken away her to some unknown place ans i am not able to talk to her also . please tell me what can i do .

You can not force a person to stay with you if she hs already decided not to stay together with you.
So the only option left to you is to apply for Restitution of Conjugal Rights in the appropriate court of law.

If she is legally weded to you, you are advised to file a police complaint . If police failed to take action against them, then you may approach to the High Court.

Lodge a complaint to police that your wife is forcely detained by the in laws and if police didnt act file case before the court of law.

as suggested by Rajeev,try to convince them through some friends or relative.
and thereafter,if you find that your wife is not genuinely interested in continuing your marriage,there is no point in proceeding legally and wasting your time and money.
