husband filed for divorce after one year of rcr.recently 125 going on.even i BEGGED for reconciliation many times.she sees me cheap.now in divorce proceedings she is asking for reconciliation.i dont want her to come back because i tortured since three years alot.my rejection can made any impact on divorce proceedings ?PLEASE suggest me?

My father has created a gift of agricultral land which was self acquired by him at the time of abolition of tenancy act in Rajasthan in samvat 2015, in favour of me along with two brothers on 03.09.2005. Now my sister has challenged the gift and filed civil as well as revenue suit in the appropriate courts in Rajasthan. Pl let me advise whether legally they can claim the share in self acquired property of my father.
Pl advise.

i brought my son from his mother on his first birthday with intention that to see my child for some days because she dont allow me to see my child.now they are threatening me to put cases on me.please could you explain what type of cases will be possible on me?still now not divorced?

husband filed for rcr.reverse punch crpc 125 with facts like dowry demand, harrassment,necked out.total all false alegations with the originalmotive that they want me as inatumn son in law & money throuh my govt job.i cant digest those alegations which put on me.i am contesting thier crpc125.court ordered reconciliation.i dont want to attend for reconciliation.i am to give monthly alimony.is this can create any adverse effect on cases?

I was married on Jan 2009; after 6 months we have a lot of misunderstanding and a lot of day to day issues. I try a lot but she not ready for anything.

Hi Experts,
Is there any difference between maintenance and alimony? Or they are one and same thing.
Since counsellor in women cell told me that your wife can't claim maintenance as she is working, but she can claim Alimony.

when a man has RCR decree or ex parte RCR decree or RCR case is pending & wife apply for maintenance for herself as well as children . granting maintenance to her will be legally against RCR DECRRE as it will decrease the chances of reconcile so is it legally objectionable as i think RCR decree order IS FOR reunion but granting maintenance allow him to live seperately by court
can these order occur togather as these are against each other

We have been married for 8 years. We had a lot of problem and not staying together.
She has filed a 506a case against me and my mother.
