As you know all finally my wife cheated and not to come with me.here my doubt is
1)If do not attend marriage nullification case will it bring problem to me?
2)The have not said any materiel evidences but only oral by my wife in the petition.
3)Must i defend the case.
4)will the court issue warrant against me.
5)If i go for medical checkup how much money is needed.

sir a complaint in police station was entered in General Diary of Police station. Now my question is sir whether general diary entry of police station is valid or not. Generally i heard FIR is having validity. are there any court judgments relating to divorce issues based on general diary entries.

sir wife filed a complaint against husband and inlaws in police station. it was not FIR, it was entered in general diary. now the matter between wife and husband is in court. now the third party who is applying for those copies under Right to inoramtion act from police station comes under Public Document?

Dear Experts,
My 498a wife did not attended any of the hearing for RCR which i filled, we submitted Petitioner evidence and then Written Arguments for the same. judge accepted those and give one more date.
I am not sure, what is that next hearing is going to be?
my layer said it is going to be Judgemnt that Ex-Parte? is this correct?
I have DV Case running in Other city, next date should be cross examination i hope?
She lied in the court that she is not working although working?
I am trying to get her employement details.
when and what stage that i should use these envidence?

Dear sir,
I would like to seek divorce from my wife but her family is in police and warned as if we file divorce. I had affair before marriage and unfortunately had baby out of it. But after marriage i have no relation except my wife.after my affair came to my wife she has become very wild at me disrespecting me and my family. I live in abroad and my wife keep on dragging all petty issue to my old issues.today my wife want to have baby even though we dont love eachother and keep argue on it. I have explained her that we need to improve our relation than we should think about baby but today she force me for baby. she keep on giving me threat that she will commit suicide because of which i am affraid. I live in abroad and law here is strict. I want to know whether if i file divorce case than what all criminal case her family can lodge. her family is in police than what possible disturbance they will do. should i seek divorce or not. as i am unhappy.

My daughter was married on March 2010. After lots of quarrels happened after that . In between Husband has registered their marriage on start of Sept 2010. But situation not came on track….. quarrels was still continued.
On end of sept 2011… My daughter called me after quarrel and she left her husband’s home with me… with all gold and things.
Six months passed. During 6 month I tried for amicable settlement. I tried on my best with relatives to settle matter. My daughter was also agreed to go at martial home. But they not agreed.
So finally we both parties agreed for Mutual Divorce before complete to 1 year of actual separation date . I got 3 lakh from Husband family as compensation. As per Husband’s suggestion we hide actual separation date & marriage registration date (Sept 2011) from court. This was to save our 6 months. I firsly denied for this but Husband was not agreed to wait for another 6 months. Finally … We had filed divorce case on 16 April 2011 at court.
On 14 Oct 2011 Court agreed after 1-2 consoling meetings.
Now after 3 months we realized our mistakes of taking divorce. As now all of our family relatives don’t wish to involve in my daughter marriage. And nobody wish to marry my daughter too. Her Ex- Husband is also not married yet. So I tried to resolve earlier matters and contacted with Husband’s family to forget all and try to settle matter again. But they said divorce has been done. No worry what will happened to our son’s marriage. But we don’t want your daughter again. We are badly under presume these days
Then I was suggest by one of my relatives that re-settle earlier marriage as it was illegal divorce. As you have taken divorce before completion of 1 year to seperation
Then I told them we have not taken legal divorce as we hide actual separation date from court. Now I’m ready to pay your 3 lakh & even give you extra 2 lakh money too.
I can file petition in Court that, this Divorce is illegal. I did all under pressure by Husband.
No doubts it will affect me as my daughter was the co-applicant for Mutual Divorce. I can be punish for forgery with court.
But at least court will cancel illegal divorce. And my daughter will possibly get her home again.
My daughter is also agrees for this …
How will this do ?

Dear Sirs / Madam:
Thanks for all the replies & suggestions for the Query posted with regards to above subject.
-- Can the RCR be Filed at this stage? DV Act, 2005, 498A, 406 already Filed by Wife. Me & My Family got AB in 2011.
-- As for the Stature, Status or Lifestyle of Wife - She is enjoying the same level of Income after Separation which she was enjoying before marriage.
-- The Proof of Income (PoI) submitted does show her Income before marriage & after separation.
-- Also, She has practically stayed in her Matrimonial Home for just 30-35 Days.
-- Can they (Wife & Her Lawyer) Object to Acceptance of Proof (of Income) by Court?
-- Till date, in every Petitions, Applications or Replies - Wife & her Lawyer are Claiming that She is Unemployed. PoI of Wife has proved their lies & misguidance to Court. Doesn't this matter?
-- Also, the Lawyer of Wife is without any Proof Claiming that my Income is Rs.21,00,000/- Per Annum. Whereas we have presented her Proof thereby also proving that She has lied to Court Law. May be after we presented her PoI in Court, they are running here & there to find my PoI, which they might get disappointed with even if they find it.

What is the procedure for change of surname for the ladies after marriage and relvant Section of the Act in this regard.

In the Court Wife alleged her husband. and In the front of Judge she slapped her husband. and says all men are Impotent likes that Judge. that is Women's power.
Judge not any action why?
that is real justice.

WIFE FILED DIVORCE CASE. NO PRIOR DV CASE OR 498A CASE. HUSBAND SENDS SMS TO WIFE TO COME BACK AND RECONCILE. WIFE BEING AGGRIEVED BY SMS SAYS THAT I AM LIVING HAPPILY WITH MY WIDOW MOTHER HUSBAND'S SMS ARE CREATING MENTAL TORTURE TO HER AND HENCE WANT TO FILE DV CASE. WIFE LIVING SEPARATELY SINCE LAST 3 YEARS AND SHE HAS TO FILE AFFIDAVIT OF EVIDENCE BUT SINCE LAST 5 DATES OVER A PERIOD OF SEVEN MONTHS SHE JUST TAKING ADJOURNMENTS ONLY. HUSBAND DON'T WANT DIVORCE.
