Maternal grand father properties

Dear sir I want some clarification ,the properties comeing by the order below.
In the hand of father’s-daughter Is ancetral properties or not.

MATERNAL GRAND FATHER( DIED WITHOUT WRITING WILL)

ALL SON’S(FATHER)
( TAKE PARTITION -1960)

FATHER-DAUGHTER (ONLY DAUGHTER-living)
|
DAUGHTER’S SON(LIVING ALL)

In hand of father’s-daughter the maternal grand father PROPERTIES is ancetral or not

If husband not Fetch wife, then court order maintenance etc.


If wife not come and husband want bring own wife, then court not any order.

why? that is right justice.

What do husband when wife is come.

If at the time of divorce decree is passed , Husband has income say 20% of wife income, and wife agrees that she will not claim any maint for herself and children. In future if wife income falls even below husband income can wife calim miant in future from husband?

is divorce u/s 13 of h.m.a. i:e by deree of divorce is possible by filing a petition through a power of attorny and that power of attorny holder can give evidence in court on the behalf of the petitioner
