MATERNAL GRAND FATHER( DIED WITHOUT WRITING WILL) | ALL SON’S(FATHER) ( TAKE PARTITION -1960) | FATHER-DAUGHTER (ONLY DAUGHTER-living) | DAUGHTER’S SON(LIVING ALL)
In hand of father’s-daughter the maternal grand father PROPERTIES is ancetral or not

If you are grand son from paternal side and the property is from maternal side then do not dream of any coparcenary in your favor but your mother would be member there of depending upon several contingencies such as if you hail from Bengal or Assam,even your mother would not be a coparcener ........and many more badmanaban!
