Husband want divorce from his wife due to family dispute?

the muslim boy and girls was married in 2007
and wife mother give 1 flat to husband for living the boy is not being like the wife due to her brother bahaviour and asking for divorce and they have also child of 3.5yr and what is the procedure of giving divorce and what happen of the child custody....pls advice

Muslim can get divorce by triple talaq

Child custody if not decided between the parties would be decided on welfare of the child principal.
