As you know all finally my wife cheated and not to come with me.here my doubt is
1)If do not attend marriage nullification case will it bring problem to me?
2)The have not said any materiel evidences but only oral by my wife in the petition.
3)Must i defend the case.
4)will the court issue warrant against me.
5)If i go for medical checkup how much money is needed.

am agree with the experts..
dear experts., i think he want to prove his sexual intercourse relationship with his wife, who is filed divorce case now and also take a ground as no material evidence to prove their marriage consummate..
