Court shall decide the matter as per evidence put forth by parties on its file. It is the responsibility of the petitioner to prove his case and court is not going to help him nor it is required from it.

1. Marriage Photos depicting what?

2. What about the priest who performed the marriage?

Has all the rituals related to marriage as is the custom in atleast one of the family been observed?

Only on satisfaction of these conditions the marriage would be a valid marriage.

And the photos should depict the same and the priest should validate that the marriage was performed by him.
