Property settlements

The trial court has sent notices for property dispute to all the parties in the family by various means; post, etc. The trial has started and all the parties are attending the sessions as per their dates and hearings.
My query is that the court has not sent any declaration so far, so, will it still remain a valid judgement?
Kindly confirm.

Thanking you

House arrested and lwanting to be set free

I request you to help me

I am 21yrs old, residing in gujarat. Recently my parents found out about my live in relationship with my boyfriend. They tricked me and brought me home. Since then I am under house arrest. They are pressurizing me to marry someone else. they have also threatened to harm my boyfriend. I want to go back to my boyfriend but they have threatened us. Even if we marry, they will not let us live in peace and since they have all of my documents, we cannot marry legally. They can easily bribe the police since my parents are too powerful. Can I disown my family and lead my life in a way I want? If yes, what is the procedure? Apart from disowning, is there any other way through which i can protect both of us,. I am afraid that if matters are handed over to the police, they will hand over my custody to my parents because we cannot get married without the documents. My boyfriend is ready to help me with whatever he can. Please advice.

Thank you

Crpc - section 125 - maintenance

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have a query about Section -125 Maintenance act.
My wife has filed section 125 against me for the maintenance of Rs. 8000 per month or a lumpsum amount of Rs. 10 Lacks.
Now, my concern is i have never ask her to leave home and all other allegations are absolutely False. Still, if i am ready to take her with me and if she is not ready to live with me, am i liable to pay any amount of maintenance? without any proofs about whatever she has put allegations on me?
Please assist. It would be a very great help for me. Thanks !

Mutual consent divorce

Me and my wife are having mutual consent divorce after 4 yrs.
1.We have a house which is in joint ownership and joint home loan.My wife is ready to relinquish the property to me.What is the procedure for doing that including removing her name from the bank loan?
2. Her lawyer is asking for proportionate share of the current market value of the property. For example if the property was initially bought at 10 lakhs and her share of investment is say 3 lakhs and mine was 7 lakhs. If the current market value of the property is 20 lakhs and in the appreciated value of 10 lakhs she is claiming 3 lakhs as proportionate share.
Is there a law which states that either party can claim proportionate share of the appreciated current property value in a MUTUAL CONSENT DIVORCE scenario.

My understanding is if it is mutual consent divorce such claims can be rejected and we need to agree on a common ground.

Please advise.

Rc marriage in goa

Dear Sir,

I am living in Sharjah since 1998 with my family. My daughter, now 26 years old is with me. She intends to get married to a goan boy holding Portuguese passport in Goa as per Roman Catholic rites in the Church. Regarding the civil marriage registration, I am totally confused, every single person I have asked, including Catholic Priests from Goa, are giving me different, different information, different even from that in goa.gov.in. To add to my problems, the bridegroom cannot take more than 20 days leave, making it impossible to obtain a domicile certificate in goa. I am even willing to retain a lawer in Panjim for this purpose, or as per your advise, which I request most earnestly.

Thank you

maintenance case- cross of pw1 kept on adjounred??/

Dear experts

Wife filed MC in sept2011 after divoce , husband filed counter in July2012. Again wife filed Proof affdt in jan 2013, court fixed date for Cross of Pw1 on 22 March 2013. Since then, 6 hearings have passed, wife side advocate has been kept on asking /begging the judge for DATE INSPITE THAT HUSBAND APPEARING IN PERSON KEPT ON TELLING THAT HE IS READY TO CROSS EXAMINE PW1... every time they come with different reasons telling viz., not well, dad not well, grand ma expired, advocate on leave, ...... judge also was so pitty and kept on extended, husband used to point out delays in every hearing and issued copule of memo also.. but no reply to memo.. again the repeat the same.... 3 time NFE was fixed and same was broken by judge....as it is family matter, husband was also patiently believed their absence on sympathy...later came to know that somehow , they are habituated to ask for extensions in all possible ways....my questions are

1. Is there any legal way/instrument to stop this habitual extensions .. if so pls tell

2. Can husband file another memo and request the judge to RECORD REASONS FOR EXTENSION IN DOCKET ITSELF..
3. Kindly clarify, is there any relevant section to quote in CPC/FC act etc reg no. of adjournments?
4. Can husband ask for compensation towards his cost & expenses for his travel in attending & preparing for cross..so that atleast this tool will make them to realise not to ask undue extensions...
5. any other ideas/ways pls suggest to bring the number of extension for conducting cross exam under control by law/procedure
regards
