I have filed for divource as my wife was having love affair. I have few phone call recording between her n her boyfriend. Is phone call recording vaild in Indian court. Last month counselling got over. I dont want to spend my life wth her. Please guide what I can do better.

respected lawyers i got registered with my hubby in which our family completly opposed our marriage.my family members blackmailed me to divorce him but i cannot that.finally they forced me to do nullity of marriage but i am not interested in that i want to live with my husband he too want to live with .my parents making me afraid if i do so they will commit suicide please help me what to do.our file hearing is on 29-8-2015 help me

Dear Sir or Madam,
I married 24th June 2010. I have 4 Years old Kid and along with my wife, I am staying in Gurgaon and working in Private Company.
My parents are not allowing my wife and my son till now in their house.My father is 70 Years old and he told 100% during marriage itself, I will allow and If you wish to come to house, Please come or else no problem.
Hence, As a courtesy, I use to go to my parents house and do some financial assistance. But my wife and my In Laws strictly restricting or torturing me not to go to my parents house and support them financially. Now I stopped going to my house and even I have not gone to my sisters marriage also due to their torture.
Further,my wife is beating my son regularly and harrassing like anything if I am in the office and he is alone. Everyday he is crying to me in the night saying me Mummy is beating and harassing. Please save me. She is not allowing to go to school also beacause of this problem
Kindly advise in this matter. I went to counselling and my wife is not at all listening to the lawyers. Further, her Father is Sub Inspector and threatning me through his profession.

Hi,
My husband is having an extra-marital affair and we have decided to go with a mutual consent divorce. i will have custody of our children. Couple of queries:
1. He has some equity (shares) that i want transferred to our kids (minors). Is that possible? What are the dos and donts?
2. We had our own home that we sold earlier to clear some of his financial problems. i want a new house in lieu of this one. Is it possible for us to buy a new home in my name but he clear the home loan? What are the options to make this happen?
Please advise.

mai house wife hu. meri shaadi ko 24 saal ho chuke hai. meri do betiyaan hai. mai apne husband se divorce chahti hu. wo pichle itne saalo se hume mentally torture kar rahe hai. wo maar pitaayi bhi karte rahe hai. ab mujhe divorce chahiye. mai itne saal sab logo ki wajah se chup rahi lekin ab wo betiyon ko bhi torture karte hain. abusive language ka use bhi bht karte hai. please mujhe suggestion dijiye ki mujhe kya karna chahiye kyunki mere gharwaale bhi koi saath nahi de raha hai.

My society is going for redevelopment. And for the corpus fund that we will receive does a wife have as much right as the husband? The house is on the husbands name. What all are a wife's rigt ?

Can a lady claim maintenance for her child from his biological fathe, in case lady is presently living with her husband.
Actually the lady was in affair with someone and got pregnant.

I got divorced under section 13(b) of hindu marriage act 1955 in 2008. I want to take my child out of India.How can I get custody documents or a court order in which it is clearly indicated that biological father has no access/custody rights of the child and the custody of the child is with the mother and a written permission from court to take the child out of country.The child is living with me and I am maintaining him alone since 2004..

मेरा एक पडोसी जो पुलिस मे कार्यरत है उसने एक हवलदार कि पत्नी को भगाकर ले गया हालकी दोनो ने सादी कर्ली ऐसा कोइ खबर नही बल्की जिसकी पत्नी को भगाकर ले गया उसी हवलदार के जरीय येह जान्ने मे आया | मेरा पडोसी का एक बीबी और दो mature लड़के है | दोनो बेटो कि सादी नही हुइ है और बेकारी है | उसकी बीबी भी house wife है |
ऐसे मे मेरे पडोसी के बीबी बच्चो को क्या कानुनि
कारवाही करनी चाहिए कृपया मदद किजिए |
