I got divorced under section 13(b) of hindu marriage act 1955 in 2008.how can I get custody documents or a court order in which it is clearly indicated that biological father has no access/custody rights of the child and the custody of the child is with the mother and a written permission from court to take the child out of country.The child is living with me and I am maintaining him alone since 2004..

Respected lawyers,
My wife had deserted me in sep 2014 while she was expecting. I called her back home but she didnot come back. I hv evidences fr the same.1 month later, my father died and she did not turn up then also.after that my child was born all expenses of caesarian delivery were done by me. 10 days later, there was naming ceremony of child was due to be held. On reaching there, my wife's brother tried to assault my mother and assaulted me.FIR was lodged. My wife started working in Jan and getting rs 80000 per month. She is not letting me see my child.I HV filed a legal custody case for seeing the child. Now she has filed false dv case against me claiming that I HV deserted her bcos of female child and claimed 2 cr total compensation. My salary is almost the same as my wife. Can she get any interim or final maintenance in this dv case. Can I be acquitted in this case. How much time it takes to reach judgement in this dv case?

R/Sir, My father passed away this month without will,he was in up police remaining 2 years service my mother also passed away before my father. I want to know Succsssion certificate is also required for compassionate appointment for my brother.
Because it will take more time and I want to apply for compassionate appointment immediately. Plz reply.

Can my wife get access all my business property details and bank a/c.... yes, she knows my PAN no.
maintenance and 498 A case is going on......
- If she get access all my bank details then????
- is there any way to protect my 'hard earned' money from wife's reach???
i don't want to divorce her.... from reliable sources i came to know that she is already married with a guy... i am trying to find out the proof....

Dear Sir, I have been paying maintenance to my wife since Nov, 2012. She made a last claim during Aug, 2013 and stopped it.
After a lapse of 2 years she now filed a memo in the court for recovery of arrears for 24 months.
My counsel says the case is lapsed if not claimed within 12 months. Is it true?. If so please give me relevant provisions/ section under D.V.Act.

I dont want to inherit my parent's properties. Both the parents are alive and havent prepared any will. Also, I'm the only son and doesnt want to take anything from them. Is there any legal provision where I can declare that I have no interest in inheriting my parent's wealth before or after their death?
Please suggest a format/sample for the same.
