I dont want to inherit parental wealth. what to do?

(Querist) 22 August 2015 This query is : Resolved
I dont want to inherit my parent's properties. Both the parents are alive and havent prepared any will. Also, I'm the only son and doesnt want to take anything from them. Is there any legal provision where I can declare that I have no interest in inheriting my parent's wealth before or after their death?

Please suggest a format/sample for the same.

Thankyou

No, there is no provision, after death your parent you can automatic will become owner. but if you don't want then you can gift to any charitable society.

Ask your parents to write a WILL and give the property to any charitable trust after their death. Give the Copy of the WILL to the Trust. Then they will take care. In this way, your wish not to inherit your parents property will be fulfilled.

Parents would be senior citizens and Since some One had Approached Here the Great Suggestions Like Tell your Parents To Write a Will to Some Trust Etc Should be Avoided. The Senior Citizens would be Obviously Hurt Because of Such Requests. And Such Embarassing and Awkward Suggestion would Bring Disgrace To this Forum Also.Which Parent would Whole Heartedly Write a Will to Unknown Trust Having a Son In Front Of Them.

Even If the Author is Not Having in Mind to Force the Parents to Write Any Will These Un Ethical Advise would Force them To Force their Parents who are Senior Citizens and would make their Life Miserable.

Atleast Advocate Mr.M.Bhadra had given a Good suggestion Allowing the Querist to Take a Decision After a Period Of Time.First of all in this Forum Humanity to be Given Importance Atleast To Senior Citizens.
