If husband does not call, come or contact wife for years. while the wife was continously trying to contact him and she has the proofs of this cruelty in form of call records or emails that she sent him asking him to come and take her home.The husband did not replied to most mails and when replied misbehaved or put allegations.Will this account to cruelty towards wife and come under domestic violence?

I and the guy whom I want to marry are related to each other as follows: his mother and my maternal grandmother(my Nani or my mothers mother) are real sisters.what I want to know is are we sapindas as per Hindu marriage act??or are we covered under any provision for prohibited relationship as per Hindu marriage act?or does clause which states prohibited relationship between uncle and niece also includes a maternal uncle(I.e my moms cousin)or does it only includes my moms real brother.kindly answer my questions with provisions .I will be highly oblidged.

I am in love with this guy who happens to be my mothers cousin(the relationship is that my mothers mothering I.e my grandmother and his mother both are real sisters).i really want to marry this guy and want to know whether I can legally marry him under Hindu marriage act or special marriage act.i am Sindhi by caste and his family is fully supportive of this marriage but my family isn't as they are not sure on legality of this marriage .i would be highly greatful to u if u advise me whether I can get married to him legally or not.and are there any other alternative solutions to this problem.thanks in advance.

the fact is that i filed domestic violence case against my husband family member 1.father in law, mother in law, brother in law and sister in law. in 2015. my husband was died in accident in 2008. now judgement is reserved. in the prayer i asked 1.u/s 19(1)(d) not to alienating joint family property, the magistrate sate i am only order to not alienate shard house and
not to other joint family property, it is correct or not, if not please give citation.
2. u/s 22 10 lack compensation, the magistrate asked me that who can pay to you the compensation while your husband not in live. please answer and give citation.
3. u/s 20 i prayed to monthly rs 5000. the magistrate asked who is liable under this act to pay this amount to you. please give answer and citation.

Hi,
i have filed divorce petition on mental cruelty grounds. Wife has file 125 . Have 2 daughters aged 6 and 3 respectively.Daughters staying with her in our rented flat and i have bought one more flat on rent for myself and staying there .I am ready to take care of daughters but wife and her parents not agreeing for same .
My salary ---- 70k
wife ----------60k
my queries
1. is wife liable for maintenance .
2 for children ,what would be the tentative amount court will grand as maintenance.

About 40 months over since our marriage. A high-degree Sadist-Girl. When her pregnancy confirmed, she went to her parental home and is there since mid-June 2014. Child born on 09.01.2015. I used to visit her every month. Despite my requests, she is not coming back with the child. The quarrel swelled and she asked me get out of her parental home, on 09.11.2015 (Diwali day);Again I went to her home on 11.12.2015 just to get signature on IT Returns - when also big quarrel erupted and they abused and almost man-handled me at the entrance itself. Reached a point of no return.
Kindly advise as to (1) when I can file the contest-divorce petiton? (2) When will it be taken up for trial? (3) Is it compulsory to give a Lawyer Notice before filing the Divorce Petition in the Court? (4) If yes, when should it be sent, any time or before certain nO. of days of filing the DP? Thanks Sirs.

Husband convicted under Section 498 IPC for alleged dowry death, wherein his wife commited sucide ;though sucide is for other reasons.The in law of Husband file case of alleged dowry death .The Husband is booked under dowry case for such sucide of wife.Stays in Jail for 5 years and just released in bail from High Court.In between the in laws file Adoption of minor daughter in Court.Court at place x grants Adoption in favour of in laws saying will remain with in laws till the age 18(major). Father now wants to meet her daughter at present just 8 years twice in a month as daughter is with in laws in place x. Father stays in place Y. Query is on the folowing:
i)In which Court he should move the application(under which section) to Meet her daughter
ii) What are the Court viwes & order in such cases to meet.
ii)Is it possible to challenge the adoption order.

Hi, currently my divorce case is in progress and we have reached till Petitioner's evidence stage. I am supposed to submit documents.
Can you suggest following -
1) Is it necessary to present Third party (outside family) person's evidence in favor of me? My lawyer told me yes.
2) Is it necessary to present even my mother's affidavit as well, being a family person?
my in-laws are socially very influential people and have created a lot of pressure. Considering this, no body from society may become a supporter here.

Advice Needed
If a 3rd party is interfering with an employee in a private company, can litigation be brought against that 3rd party.
What is happening a person is asking an employee to quit her job. The 3rd party keeps on telephoning the employee and not allowing her to work.
Please advice.
