Hi Sir,
I have know details about property separation.
1.Regarding My dad's property.
My dad was no more.still property in his name only.
that all were brought by my grandpa.
In my family, me(as a daughter),my brother and mom are there.
Please let me know,how much % that I have rights ?
2.Regarding My Mom's property
As I told you already my dad is not there.
that property was transferred to mom from her father.
Now,my mom planing to give that to her own brother.
Did me and my brother have rights on that to oppsose that.
If yes,how much will my brother have rights and me
Please help me on this

my wife had left my home in Sept'15 when she was 3 months pregnant. She have sent me legal notice first in Oct,15 & in the month of Nov'15 she filed divorce petition on the ground of u/s 13 (1) ia
Marriage between the parties solemnized in July'14 at Mumbai. Her Qualification is B. Com. She was working with partnership firm & drawing monthly average salary 18000/-. She is having 5 yrs experience. She has worked with 2 different employers (small firms) in last 5 years. At presently she staying in Mumbai with parents.
She is now asking for interium maintainance u/s 24 Rs. 25000/- for separate residance etc.
at present she is not working since she is pregnant.
What should be the maintainance amount if My net monthly salary after deduction is Rs. 43000/- and monthly EMI towards Housing / personal loan etc total Rs. 26000/-. My qualification is B. com

sir meri merriage 15 dec 2014 ko hui .and meri wife mere sath m sirf 2 month m se sirf 1 month mere pass rahi usahke baad uske papa k sath chali gyi ye bol k ki 15 din baad shadi m jana h tb papa ji chod jyenge mujhe .and sir uske baad waha jane k baad na to koi mera phn pick krta h na hi koi baat krta h mene baat krne ki koish ki meditor k thuru to bola thik h a jao .or sir waha p m gya appni mother ko le k to unhone 40 s 50 ladko ko bula liya jo darane lage. and ab wo aana nhi chati h bolti ki mujhe nhi aana h .and bol rahee h ki paise de do .sir plz help

Dear sir/madam,
A family friend who is divorced from his first wife with son who is in the custody of wife is getting married to a another lady also divorced from her first husband and having a son in her custody from first husband. Please advise what legal formalities need to be complied with before and after marriage so that there will be no claims and rights from the seperated spouces of both.

I have been married for last five years and due dramatically situation in past i am staying with my son and wife with in Laws.
In starting the everything was smooth and at present the situation has totally changed.
1) Behavior of wife and in laws has totally changed and now she wants to have the divorce or implement me in false case.
2) She had brainwashed my son totally who is just three year old and he also hesitate coming to me, but i love my kid so much that i had to keep calm myself.
Now for her everything is her parents and she insults in front of her In laws, so wants to know what step should i take for the safety of my son and self

i have falsely charged by ipc 498a ,dp act 3 & 4 n dv..
i have some audio recording in that audio recording she confessed that i didn't harrass her n she accepeted i didn't bring her back to my home thats why she lodged a comlpaint against me n my family..
so how can use this audio recording as evidence

My fiance is 32 years old who is already married and separated for about 3 years, divorce is applied and coming date is the 5th sitting in court... I'm 30 years old waiting for him to get divorced and then to get married... There's a lot of pressure from my parents and relatives on me to get married and settle in life...
