Hello Sir, Really need some suggestions,
I was in a 5 years long relationship with a guy, we both loved each other.
We got involved in this because we thought we can be life partners, we
assumes that we are married. however unfortunately i married to some
another guy whom my parents introduced me 5 or 6 months back, as they
wanted me to marry in same caste at any cost. now its almost 2 and
half months of my marriage, i came to know this guy is already a
divorcee (which my family member knows before my marriege), heavy
alcoholic (drinks almost dailly), abuses me daily, have beaten me
brutally twice, even her younger sister have slapped me, now i am in
my parents house for holi festival have told everything to my parents
they are not ready to help me to file a divorce petition, my parents
have told me that i have to adjust with him or his insane family,
but now i want to unite with my former lover for whole life, i realize
that i did big mistake for sake of my family,
So my question is can i go and live with my former lover and apply for
divorce from the location he is working? because i do'nt have anyone
in my life to help me except him.
Waiting for suggestions.

My friend husband filed a false case stating that she had cheated him by concealing facts about her health and played fraud in marriage, but she told him everything before marriage which can be revealed by their phone call conversations. In those conversations he clearly accepted all her health issues before marriage. Can they be considered as major evidence in the case? Please advise

Sir, I got married few months back and after marriage my inlaws and husband started misbehaving with me and he has forcefully taken my phone and FB id and taken printouts of Chats with my frenz at late night thought that were not so objectionable however he has made issue of the same and torture me for not disclosing the same before marriage and just two days back he has sent me at my home and afterwards sent all my belongings to my home and said he dont want to live with me .and said that he will not allow me to live at his place. and further said that do whatever you can do and i will prove that your character is not good by showing chats before marriage and also saying that our marriage is not registred and there were only few pics of marriage as it was simple marriage. I am very tensed could you suggest what to do and how to go back to my husbands house and how to protect myself against torture and harassment. He is saying that he wants divorce. Please suggest

Hi I am married in the month of Feb 19 2016 in TN to a person who finished his ML and pursuing PHD in Law(criminal law). My husband is trying to give a divorce to me because of my in-laws. My sister Inlaw husband is also a lawyer in madurai court. my husband is demanding all his marriage expenses which costs around 5Lakhs as compensation from me but I am not the one who is initiating the divorce.My Jewels are in my inlaws custody and we already paid 1 lac as dowry in cash. All the marriage expenses are done by my husband's sister and brother-in-law. Please let me know whether
1)is there any law that makes ME to pay all the marriage expenses and living expenses to him for a divorce as he is still pursuing and I am working in an MNC company.
2)If I have to give money to him according to law then am I not eligible to take money from him.
3)I have applied to a top most govt job so if I am into this mess then am I going to get effected due to this case as this may take 1 year to complete a divorce case.
4) Will I get my jewels and few other things from my husband back after divorce. he said to pay 5 lakhs and then take all the jewels back.We have a written consent that we gave this much of jewels and taken by my husband on behalf of me.
5)he went to haryana for his studies and they have cheated us that his studies are going to complete in 6 months but it may take 2 to 3 years. so if I file case on him (in case he disagree to live with me)will it effect his career.
Please reply me with your thoughts and help me as I am trapped in this marriage for money

I would like to know if a person marry two women's without giving divorce to first. Will he be able to transfer money, property, gold or any thing to second Spouse in legal manner and can it we legal and in limits of law of Indian government. Do the first Spouse have right to claim the all things transferred to second spouse and can she claim her identity used by second spouse.

I am from Bangalore, Wife is from UP; currently Resp. is at her home since Nov 2015. filed divorce in 2016, 1st intimation of notice sent deleiberately they didnt received. 2nd intimation also sent by court but undelivered. Getting threatening calls from resp..that she would commit suicide and implicate whole family her father and brother giving threatening calls of implicating in various cases(have the call recordings); thougH i didnt received any notice on 498 or any other cases. They went to my brother in laws place and confronted there in aggressive n threatening mode.
Shall I file Non cognizable (attaching the certify copy of divorce petition) to both places at Bangalore and resp. local police station at UP. Pls. guide

I got married on Feb 2013,now me and my husband separated from family life now living with my parents due to abuse & bad behavior of my husband,i had one year old female child with me. I am very clear not going to live with him hereafter.
My father in law and mother in law are not giving me back 25 sovereign gold given by us during marriage,
how to get back the 25 sovereign gold.
By complaining to all women police station, Or through court
my ex husband is a taxi driver, my caste is BC and my Husband cast is SC
he is involved in many criminal activities and a drunkard

Under the Hindu Laws, what is the Right of Grand Daughter in the grand father's property, after her mother get divorced and taken away her daughters from her husband and remarried again with third person?

I want to know about property separation.
1. Regarding my dad's property.
He is no more.still properties are in my dad's name only.but all were earned by my grandpa.from his name it tranferred to my dad's name.I belongs to family of me ,brother and mom now.once me and bro got married in future.Please let me know,how much % me , my bro have rights?
2.Regarding My Mom's property.
As I told you already my dad was no more.
All those were transfered from my mom's dad to her.Now she planing to give all to my own brother.
Did me and bro have rights to oppose that?

This is for my friend who got married in March 2015 and back from leave left for abroad in April 2015.His wife has filed a petition for Null and void marriage in court. What is null and void marriage . Can court pass judgement with on his absence . As he has left only 1 year ago and Find difficulty in getting leave now at present can his relatives request court to extend this case on his leave in December
