Hi All,
I am santoshi I need information about whether can I get closed case details from the lawyer who handled the closed case.
I need this details about my brother In law who did first marriage and got separated Long time back and remarried.
So the lawyer whom handle d the case wil have the case deatils can he give us the case details as per Request .
If so he caves what details he can give us we need this details for evidence of one my of our cases.
Please guide me on this

सर मैं एक सरकारी कर्मचारी हु। मेरी शादी को 3 साल से अधिक हो गया है। शादी के पहले दिन से ही मेरी सास मेटे घरेलु मामलों में दखल देती है। इतना की शादी के बाद सुहागरात से पहले मेरी सास मुझे कहती है की मेरी बेटी को गर्भनिरोधक गोली ले लाके दो। मेने नही दी तो दुबारा जब अपनी बेटी को भेजा तो साथ बहुत साड़ी गोलियां साथ भेजी। शादी के तुरंत बाद मेरी बीवी को मेरे परिवार के खिलाफ भड़काकर मुझे मेरे माता पिता से अलग करने के लिए मुझ पर दबाव बनती है। हमेशा घर में लड़ाई करती है। नवम्बर में हमारे एक बेटा हुआ है उसी दिन मेरी सास मेरे घर आके जबरदस्ती मेरी पत्नी और मेरे बच्चे को अपने घर ले गयी और मेरी पत्नी का भी फोन बंद करवा दिया और घर का कोई सदस्य मेरा फोन नही उठाता है। मैं परेशांन होकर एक दिन मामला शांत करने के लिए अकेला उनके घर गया तो मेरे ससुराल के सभी सदस्यों ने मिलकर मेरे साथ बदतमीजी की तथा मेरी माँ और बहनो को गालियां बोली और मुझे धक्के देकर घर से बाहर निकाल दीया। और बार बार और हमेशा धमकी देते है की मुझे और मेरे परिवार को दहेज़ और घरेलु हिंसा के केस में जेल में डलवा देगी। मेरी सास मेरी बीवी को तीसरी बार अपने घर लेके गयी। हर बार मैं समाज के बुजुर्ग लोगो को साथ लेजा के समझा के घर लता हु। अब मेरी सास कहती है की अब तो बच्चा हो गया है अब तो तुम्हारे परिवार को उंगलियो पे नाचाऊंगी। अब 4 महीने हो गए मेने अपने बच्चे की सूरत नही देखी। मेरी सास का एक ही मकसद है की मैं अपने माता पिता से रिश्ता तोड़ दू और उसकी बेटी को कोई का। कृपया कोई सुझाव बताये। अब अगर कोई भी क़ानूनी स्टेप लेता हु तो मेरी सास पक्का मारपीट और दहेज़ उत्पीड़न का केस मेरे और मेरे परिवार पे लगाएगी। मेरे घर में सभी सरकारी कर्मचारी है और उसे पता है की हमें अपनी नोकरी बचानी है। मेरी सास धमकी देती है की सबकी नोकरी तो जायेगी और जेल और होगी। मेरी पत्नी कभी भी मेरे माता पिता के पास नही रहती है । जब भी छुट्टियां होती है तो वो मेरे घर (मेरे माता पिता के पास) आने के बजाये लड़कर अपने घर चली जाती थी। मेरी सास और मेरी पत्नी इतनी गिरी हुई गालियां बोलती है कहती है की तेरी बहने तो तेरे साथ सोती है। मैं मानसिक रूप से बहुत हताश हो गया हु। पर अपने बच्चे से भी बहुत प्यार करता हु। और मेरी वजह से अपने परिवार को कोई दुःख नही देना चाहता हु। कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करे।

Dear Lawyers,
After FALSE 498a and Domestic Violence cases is filed by the woman and subsequently only 1 hearing done in last 19 months We have lost confidence in JUDICIAL SYSTEM.
I fail to understand why LAWYERS are hell bent upon suggesting these DRACONIAN LAWS to TREACHEROUS and EVIL WOMEN when they clearly know that these laws are biased
and are once sided and are ANTI MEN. WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK AGAINST YOUR OWN RACE i.e. MEN just for few thousand rupees?
WHY DO LAWYERS act against their OWN RACE i.e. MEN when they know it is MEN who are suffering under these draconian laws!
Least the Lawyer could do is to not suggest these UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS to bad woman.
Just earn few thousand rupee and you turn a MAN's life to PERIL that too suggesting laws to WOMAN who most of you clearly know that she is extortionist and is filing a false case!!
Okay lets now come to main point:

Since Judiciary is so slow and we were waiting for outcome of DV case so that we could go ahead and file DEFAMATION and other sections as researched by us.
My QUERY is that can we go ahead and file following section while the 498a & DV is still on?
We have done following research and can provide documentary proof under following section:--->>
IPC 499– Defamation
IPC 211 and 511 (Both)
211:- is applicable (when a false 498a case is going on i.e. UNDER TRIAL)
IPC 177– Furnishing false information (to any public servant)
IPC 181/182– False information, with intent to cause public servant to use his lawful power to the injury of another person
IPC 191/192– Giving false evidence (offence of giving false evidence)
IPC 199– False statement made in declaration which is by law receivable as evidence.
IPC 200– Using as true such declaration knowing it to be false.
IPC 361– Kidnapping from lawful guardianship.
IPC Section 120A Criminal Conspiracy:
I live in mumbai while the case is filed in PUNE by my Brother's wife who implicated us all to grab the property etc after her affair was caught red handed with pictures. Her maintenance is already denied by DV court as of now.
We want to file these cases (Myself, & my parents) from Mumbai so that she gets taste of what it means to bring us to Pune with false cases.
* At least we are filing a genuine case.
ALSO YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE GOING TO DEAL WITH A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON HERE who like to work along with lawyer to fight their cases.
Although I am not a LAWYER but I have a sharp mind and can help the LAWYER INVOLVED in all steps as needed and MOST OF OUR GROUND STUDY IS DOCUMENTED AND IS VERY TIGHTLY described along with all proofs.
So those who think can talk to me in PERSON to get this going can respond to me on this query asap.
ALSO I WILL NOT PAY CONSULTATION CHARGE till we decide to hire you to go ahead and file cases after all the commercials are negotiated.

After my mutual consent divorced in April 2010 ,my daughters custody is with me. Since that my ex is not paying maintenance amt. rs.2000 monthly to daughter which should gradually increase as per her education expenses which has mentioned in my decree.
I have remarried and my husband is taking all the responsibility of my daughter. I have changed her name on my current husbands name by doing gazzet but not through adoption.
My ex don't have any property on his own but through his parents. His parents are no more now and they have not given anything to my daughter just because i changed her surname.
There is property from my ex inlaws parents( pushthani). .Which now will go to my ex and his sister.
Just wanted to know if my daughter will have a right on my ex's property share. As he is remarried again but do not have any issue yet. And can my daughter file fire her maintenance amount which he is not giving since last 6yrs.
Kindly help.

Dear sir, I got married in 2012 and in 2014 my husband passed away. He has done suicide. He has written a suicidal note in which he jas mentioned that I can take the keys from inlaws as he knows that they will not give me anything. Actually the electricity meter is on his name from last 15 yrs and the gouse is in lal lakir. Though he has mentioned that I have rights on that house but I have not asked for the keys. I thought relationship is more important. I have one son who is down syndrome baby . And he needs me these days I m not capable to do job as my health not allows. But now my inlaws has disconnected the meter and asked for new connection. They are in England. I m staying with my parents but as my parents are too old and now they are also not capable to feed me. I asked my father in law to help he refused. Now what to do. Is there any right . Or can I claim for share in there property. Or my son. What to do pls help.

Dear Sir,
A BC are three brothers. Abt 40 years back, their materinal grand mother(grand father died early) give her entire property to her three grandsons from her daughter(ABC). That time B and C were minors. So the mutation of the property was done in the name of the eldest grandson and it was mentioned in the docs that the other two minors are also equally etitled to the property. But now after so many years, the eledest grandson refised to give any share to the other two brothers. Are the two legally entitled to the porperty and can claim the same through legal process.
