If a 3rd party is interfering with an employee in a private company, can litigation be brought against that 3rd party.
What is happening a person is asking an employee to quit her job. The 3rd party keeps on telephoning the employee and not allowing her to work.

Please advice.

Sorry for the unclarity.

An employee works in a private company. She is doing her job very well and would like to stay and keep her job. I.e. the employer and employee are happy with the work.
3rd party in this case means a relative (mother) off the worker, is interfering in the work of the employee and the employer. She is continually phoning her daughter hassling and blackmailing her to leave her job. The mother is asking other's to phone her daughter thus creating a further tension. As a result the business is deteriorating. I hope this helps.

If the worker want to continue, she would avoid the steps of third party and continue avoiding.

It seems there might be some other issue which you are not revealing.
What kind of LITIGATION you want to start. There is no such provision. Try to solve the issue mutually.
