I have filed for divorce in 2014 but still the proceedings is going on. Please suggest with any mode or way or law or ground through which i can appeal for fast proceedings

I have filed for divorce in 2014, after that my wife has filed for maintenance and 1 time cost of litigation. on the judgement the court has ordered me Rs 3500 as monthly maintenance and Rs 35000 as 1 time cost of litigation. I have been paying the Rs 3500 as monthly maintenance and sometimes Rs 3500 sometimes Rs 2500 as part of cost of litigation. Now i need advice how could i get rid of this one time litigation cost. please suggest me with any law any judgements any ground. Because paying such amount from my monthly salary of 10500 is too much harsh for me to survive.

My Father has got a property Joint Family Big House partitioned.....
From Grand Parent to grand Children(including my Father) equally partitioned, done Registrations and given Hakku Patra in a Village of Karnataka.
Now My father can he sell this property without any problems.
Will he be needing permission to sell this property from me and my siblings.
Will this property become self acquired and sole owner since he has got it from grandparents. Please suggest me regarding this.

irst we filed on 8.2.2016 nd after 6 months ie.8.8.2016 we both appeared nd signed in the affidavit for proof of evidence.. the judge verified the proof nd the staff hearing on 6.9.2016 for orders.. what is meaning for this. in this period any one can file for withdrawal petition ah.. I want reply in detail please

Hi,
My friend sister husband filed divorce as soon as he got a govt job. My friend sister filed a Restitution in court. Meanwhile the husband has sent vulgar messages to his brother in law in mobile. The messages are very vulgar on his mother in law, brother in law wife, wife sister. A women harassment case was filed by the brother in law. The husband Anei Bail was rejected first but then he assured that he will live his wife. On that ground, high court granted him bail. But the husband and their relatives are threatening my friend family to accept divorce. AB order clearly says that he agreed to live with his wife. How can this AB order be used in cancelling the divorce case filed by husband and what can be the next way for my friend sister to proceed legally.

Seeking valuable advice
I sent legal notice to my wife for mutual divorce on cruelty ground through one of my lawyer, she was not replied to notice or no communication, now planning to file a petition for contested divorce.
Question is my lawyer asked my id address proof and given, now he is asking my wife id , address proof, marriage photo/marriage certificate, but i had only ration card which includes my parents and my relation in that ration card and given.
Is mandatory of our marriage photo and her documents to file a divorce petition,
Please guide

Marriage of my relatives daughter is fixed during Sept 16 and engagement was conducted. Both the boy and girl were speaking to each other daily. Suddenly the girl has got diabetes and her family wants to be true to the boy's family and informed them. Immediately the boy and his mother have stopped the marriage, by which the girl's future is affected and they were very much vexed. It is not so easy to get her married.
Some Lawyers may kindly indicate the action to be taken on the boy.

I m from West Bengal, working at Bangalore for last 1 year.. and my would be husband is from odisha , working at Bangalore since march of 2015. We want to get married through court marriage at Bangalore. As a address proof we have only rent agreement but rest of our ID documents are from our respective state.please guide us!!

Mother Son Separation
I want separation from my mother. Myage us 29 and I am a govt service holder. Till now I have no independence. I have no right to do anything to my choice. Every moment she threaten me and tell me to stay like a dog. I m very much upset. M want freedom. Please help me how can I get separation from her. And as Iam a govt. Service holder what percentage of salary have to given her? Please please give me reply.
