Hello dear experts,
Can anyone of you suggest me a lawyer in Ernakulam who can understand and Speak Hindi? I have a lot of problem communicating with my lawyer. Also I need your advice on the order of maintenance that, court has ordered maintenance of 7500 per month since the date of filing petition (It's interim decision). I have to go there on 24th September. So please advice what all preparation should I do to avoid ailmony?
My wife has worked in past, but not now. She is graduate, aren't these points enough to deny maintenance for her?
But I do have screenshot of our chats which prove that she is lying in petition. Will screenshot be beneficial in this case? 80℅ allegations are misguiding and I can prove them. Please suggest. Also share Lawyer who can speak and understand Hindi in Ernakulam. Thanks

Can high court force either respondent or both for mutual divorce (13B) in pending appeal on judgement from family court? If I don't agree for 13B even on advise from HC, and blindly ask for trail based on merit, will it adversely affect my side during trial?

I'm a muslim woman, i recently got divorced. My ex husband pronounced talaq infront of my parents. WE even got a fatwa from one of the institutions in the light of islamic law stating that i'm divorced and no longer his wife. After this he refused to sign any papers or help in any way and left the city. I don't know his whereabouts. Now my question is how can i get a divorce certificate or a court decree in his absense . i have the fatwa stamped and signed in urdu and english.

Sir, I have filed a divorce case on my husband which is pending. My husband was running a shop from a property which was joint family property(HUF) owned by my father in law.My father in law has now sold that property which was the only source of income of my husband.
Query;
1.Can I challenge the sale of that property?
2.What steps can I take. The custody of a minor son is with me.

Hi..I.am 28 yrs old got married on 24 th feb 16. It was a love marriage. I think my marriage is not working as we have heated arguments every other day. Since it's not even 1 yr completed.how can I approach for divorce...I am in depression.

Hi! I got married around 1.4 years back. My wife is living with her parent since last 7 months. She left my house after verbal fights and to satisfy the ego of her parent. She was pregnant at the time of leaving home. Now she gave a birth to a child in july 2016. I tried my best to take her back. After she left me. But she did not came back and put a false complaint in CAW Cell against me and my family. In complaint she has put useless things upon my mother that she taunt her. No direct dowry or physical harresment put in the complaint. I have clearly understand that my in-laws and wife are anti-social elements and they dont know how to behave, talk or live properly. In the meanwhile i sent my wife a Section 9 notice (as my lawyer suggested me to do that). As time passes and things not improving so i have fully made my mind to take a separation from my wife. My father is retired and on pension. I am currently not working anywhere. I need a guidance that how can i get rid of this relationship without giving much compensation to my wife. And what steps whould i follow legally? I heared that if a husband ask for a divorce than he has to pay a lot of compensation. I need a detailed and brief suggestions from you. Kindly help me as i am veryy frustated and worry about future. Thank you

A divorce petition was filed by my wife in the year 2013 which is pending. She has moved an application during april 2016 in the same case u/s 25 of HMA claiming alimony.
MY FATHER OWNS AN ANCESTRAL PROPERTY. WILL THE COURT ALSO CONSIDER IT WHILE CALCULATING ALIMONY.

hello everyone i had a query if a person got married a month back and the marriage is not yet registered so there is no marriage certificate yet and if he wants a divorce so what is the procedure? and the ground of divorce is the wife having an extra marital affair and he has enough evidence to prove the same also let me clarify the husband and wife had no physical relationship.
kindly give your expert guidance as the matter is very urgent.

Contested Divorce
Hi due to physical abuse and frequent fights i have decided to file for divorce from my husband. He is also verbally abusive & forcibly kept all my salary with him refusing to give it back. Tried to convince him for counselling but he refused. Also refused to give a mutual divorce hence i have filed a contested petition but its yet to reach my husband. I dont wish to get entangled in a legal battle. Should i mail him to consider a mutual divorce again though i have already filed for divorce under cruelty? Is it ok for me to communicate with him now before the petition reaches him? I still don't want a divorce but doing because no way out as my husband has no intention to mend his ways. Pls help
