what is the procedure to transfer case from on state to another? is it expensive?

Husband fighting divorce case (cruelty) against wife. Wife now staying with her parents in different city. Husband goes for job 40Km away from his house. He is anticipating some ACTION from inlaws side at his workplace. In fact he received 2-3 threatening letters (anonymous, typed) at his workplace by post.
Can he seek Civil Injunction against the wife & BILs?

one of my friend filed mutual consent divorce in family court in 2009, and make consent term that he will pay total Rs. 1,90,000/- to his wife out of which He paid Rs. 90,000/- at the time of filed mutual consent in family court by DD, and balance he will pay after the divorce order received from family court.
now his wife not coming any herring since 2009 . my question is
(1)Is the mutual consent case dismissed by court or still alive
(2)can he filed one side case for divorce
(3) what time it will take

i am a widow lady my husband expired six years ago, after that we had family settlement with my in laws ( father, mother both) that i received a amount agaist that i will have no rights in any property of both.
but on e shop was registered in the name of jointly my husband & mother in law,now do i have any right regarding that property as i am legal heir of my husband,question is only about the shop

My husband has applid fr divorce but he didnt appear in court fr 3 hearsings. Judge has given next hearning. What will happen if he is not appearnin in that day too?
I have spent fr my lawyer fr all these 3 days and counter cost also. But my lawyer told that this may be dismissed if he not appearing in next hearning. My doubt is whether my husband will b intimated of that his case will b dismiss>? (i mean whether any notice willb sent to them?)

my self pankaj mahajan and i am staying at kalyan in flat , that flat woner is my monther ,and i have two sister ,in sociaty nominition from record name of my father ,
now we(mom,father,myself) want to make a provisgan after my mother death that flat tranfer to my name so what legal provigan to make befor death of my mother

a family from europe offcourse hindu get a bride from delhi for their son and the girl after some time join the husband in europe but do not maintain any physical relations wid her husband and after a stay of 2 months comes back to delhi again at persistant efforts of husband joins him but again comes back to delhi question : 1. can the parents for tourism visit india during her stay in delhi they have an apprehension that there can be loc against them and their son at the indian airports.

At the time of filing WS by respondent -
1) Is the respondent just expected to file his WS or the judge asks him any questions ?
2) Is the petitioner allowed / expected to be present in the court at that time ?

Dear sir/madam,
I changed my sir name in passport after marriage. Do i need to change it in other documents like my certificates(10th, 12th, b tech), PAN card etc?

Regarding change in ws
Dear all,
I raised preliminiry objection for the maintainabality of the petition of divorce by my wife in family court. If my wife's petition is dismissed, and she refiles it later, can i can change some portion of my WS which I think I should have written. Like I denied something but did not add the explanetion for it and the real happening which are happened and which were worse than what my wife accused me of and I denied. Can dismissed petition's counter can be referred line by line for purpose of match the previous and later WS?
