Hello, I have a criminal litigation going on in lower court and we are three accused, I am the main accused. we got an offer for settlement but the amount is only I can afford and other two cannot afford so is there any way that main accused do settle the case in court and other two accused case run in court as it is... does it possible to settle with only main accused, not others. we are on IPC 420 407 IT 64 65

Hello,
My laptop was stolen from the car by breaking window on 24.06.2018. I had filed a complained with Police. They had given me CSR.
I claimed insurance with CSR. But the insurance company is asking for either FIR or untraceable report from police.
What should I do now?

I left my abusive boyfriend a year ago as I could not stand his mental abuse and manipulation. We were in relationship 6 years in between which we stayed in live-in for brief period (less than 3 months in total) 4 years ago. He is now threatening me that if I don't go back to him he will file a case of cheating and false promise of marriage on me. When in real it was he who first promised to marry me and I agreed. However, I could have mention somewhere in chat messages that I want to marry him, which he can manipulate and present. He has kept all my messages since the beginning. What can he do in real?

Hi respected to All,
i Manjunathan, filed IA U/s.340 of CrPC against 7 criminal members related to 498A before trail court as Party-In-Person, where as court ordered the Public Prosecutor to file objections in this regards!!!
I need your valuable suggestions, do i need to file appeal before High Court If YES, Please guide me please on this regards
Also No court or No Police ask any accused to file objection on Complaint or Charge Sheet or PCR U/s.200 of CrPC but why the lower court is ordered the PP to file objections against 340 of CrPC ?

I RECEIVED CHEQUE OF 2.5 LAKH AGAINST MONEY GIVEN TO A PERSON BUT THERE IS A MISTAKE IN WORDS AND FIGURES.(WORDING IS TWO LAKH FIFTY ONLY)

My cousin was convicted for 7 years by the sessions court During trial he was in custody without bail. Now can he apply for bail?
If yes Where does he apply? In district court or HC?

Is proprietary proof compulsory in cheque bounce case and what kind of proof to be submitted in cheque bounce case.. in municipality tax receipt of money paid applicant name is written XYZ . Whether it can be concern as proof for proprietary concern
