I have another doubt relating with my husband biagamy case. Till now judgement not delivered in court. Then how is it possible for request of clarification if judgement. They didn't call me for judgement and also clarification.

Hi, A dowry case on my uncle and his son after cancellation of marriage. Both parties have agreed to settle on a sum, all installments given except for the last one on the last court date. When should we file for quashing, my cousine never appeared, do he need to now for quashing of FIR or its not neccessory. How much time does it take for Quashing? Do we even need to go for Quashing or case is closed after last installment? Please help us

hello experts, can i issue show cause to an employee without showing any evidence against the employee ? the matter is like, we got information from the employee that she indulged in misconduct in the office. we have no other evidence other than the statement from the employee herself. so based on her own statement can we issue show cause notice to the employee even before start of investigation ?

I have been filled biagamy case against my husband.The status of my case is as follows. Judgement reopened for suo motu and at request for clarification judgement postponed. I searched most of the suo motu cases the depending person was always acquitted. I am afraid if my husband acquitted what I do further.

My current account and saving account is freeze by manager without informing me when i asked him he said he got mail from cyber cell pune to freeze my account ,when i asked to pune police about f.i.r first they denied to show me but when i force them they showed me where my name is not mentioned but i.o told me your account number and transaction of 20 k showed in criminal phone and account ,i agree i borrowed 20k from him thatswhy it shows now please tell me what to do f.i.r did on jan 28 but now till date chargesheet not prepared ,help me what to do

I had filed a complaint u/s156/3 before the illaka magistrate along with judgement lalita Kumari v/s state of u.p but the magistrate had voilate the judgement ehat to do

A FIR was filed under 116 117 of BOMBAY POLICE ACT . I had to pay FINE of rs100 in LOKADALAT . now i am filling my UPSC DECLARATION FORM . Here it\'s asking me WAS I EVER FINED BY COURT OF LAW? . what do i need to mention?
Will it be a problem for me getting Government job?

I GAVE 3.5 LAKH TO OUR RELATIVE AGAINST TWO CHEQUES OF 1 LAKH AND 2.5 LAKH RESPECTIVELY.
YESTERDAY CHEQUE OF 1 LAKH HAS BOUNCED AND TODAY I GOT CHEQUE WITH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM BANK.
NOW KINDLY TELL ME WHAT LEGAL STEP SHOULD I TAKE FOR THIS.
