For example. I had taken a video for the purpose of evidence. Of a man who is touching and treating the. Small girl kid age of 12 year in a inappropriate manner. Can In such situations. Can I be prosecuted for recording of video of a minor kid even though it has been done for collection of evidence.

I have given against a person under Prevention of Atrocities Act through National Police Portal.
a. Whether Police enquire after filing FIR? or Police will do enquiry before filing FIR?
b. Who is the authority to enquire the case? Whether the officer below the rank of DSP ? or Inspector of Police?

Its just I required the information regarding the last month at Delhi High court justice Yashawant Varma residence unaccounted cash found which burns too. So whether FIR lodged against the VARMA for the accounted cash found at there residence. Whether the court take cognizance of the serious matter? Its such a serious act committed by the judge.
whether the action initiated against him?

My bike was stolen from a no-parking area. I went to the police station and they accepted my complaint but have not provided the CSR report. For the past seven days, they’ve been making me go back and forth without giving it. As I still haven’t received the CSR, Now I filed the online complaint to officially trace the issue.
What I have to do now ? How to approach from nowonanwards.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to seek clarification on a legal matter. My son and I jointly own a property. We were in the process of selling this property and received an advance payment from the purchaser, which was deposited into my son's bank account.
The purchaser has now canceled the deal and is demanding a full refund. However, my son is unwilling to provide the refund.
I would like to know who would be held liable by the court in this situation: my son (who received the advance), both of us, or some other party.
