Kindly advise , if , there is any citation by Hon'ble SC saying that banks are liable to pay taxes ie municipal taxes , any increase in muniicpzpal tax, new taxes imposed either by state or central govt from time to time

In a flat Nomination form, there are two sections. In first sections, say, there are Nominee A and Nominee B with equal proportion of 50% each. In 2nd section, where it is mentioned, in case of death, all the above mentioned shares will be transferred to Nominee A. Then after the death of the owner,
1. what will be the new status of the share certificate? will the new share certificate have Nominee B's name?
2. iF YES, Will the Nominee A be the sole owner of the said flat?

My grandfather's business was sold by my father's eldest brother who was taking care of it, citing the debts and it was after my grandfather's death. It was sold to one of our employees using the power of attorney given by all the stakeholders and it all happened in 1995. After 10 years or so, he has started to buy properties that he could not possibly have earned in that timeframe. And few other actions of him confirmed us that he had played some foul game in that deal, but we are not able to find it.
One of the things that I feel he has missed is, he has got POA from my father to sell that property, but has not mentioned my name as minor anywhere in the paper. Can anyone please tell if this would be a valid one enough to sue him?

Dear sir
I have entered mou to sale my property in mumbai in 2009.since my property with bank custody and the posession with me my settlement not happen with bank.bank not able to provide my original ducoment.i want to cancele my mou with the purchaser.but he is not willing to settle and demanding 4 time money(dameges) in court,which he gave when we entered mou for sale agreement.please advice what is solution for my problem.

i have taken cross of pw1 in last week and now i have taken certified copy and found that various change made in such statement i.e. various questions not record even ask in cross, and various answers changed as suitable to pw1. due to that reason i may lose my case.
what step taken by me, pls guide urgently

I have filed a 498a case 2 years back on my husband and in laws now the case is on trial some how other party managed the witnesses to not to come to court by giving special offers to them and so the case is weak.my question is if the other party wins the case because of lack of evidence does it effects on the compensation of my divorce case, I have claimed an amount of 10 lakhs as permanent alimony. Will my amount get reduces. Please clarify my question.

Civil appeal received by assignment. It be checked but not registered since there is delay in filing the appeal. Let, respondents be summoned for 02.04.2016, on filing of necessary expenses and documents within four days positively. LCR be also requisitioned for the date fixed.

The accused in a criminal defamation case I filed in 2012 have obtained a stay from the high court. I have all the necessary documentary proof to secure their conviction. Do I wait for the case to be decided - which may take a couple of years - before seeking relief by filing a civil defamation suit or shall I do it concurrently? If I were to wait for the criminal defamation case to be decided, will the law of limitation be against me?
In respect of the same, are there any chances of the ongoing case being dismissed by the high court on technical grounds? If so, on what grounds and what will be the next legal recourse for me?

The "original compromised document" is possession with the co-defendant.Now the Defendant refused to submit this document in the Hon'ble Court which is essential to contest the case and initially we submitted the Xerox copy with the written statement.WE ARE FILED SEPARATE WRITTEN STATEMENTS.
Q1.NOW HOW TO GIVE NOTICES TO THE CO-DEFENDANT TO PRODUCE THE ORIGINAL COMPROMISED DOCUMENT?
