Lokdalat award was given to one of the 10 numbers in an item scheduled of immovable property. And that award is not legally applicable to the rest of it?

The builder/developer has not completed majority of pending works constructed by him and not given Completion Certificate (CC) & Occupancy Certificate (OC) till date to all the flat purchasers/members who are staying in the building for several years. There are leakage issues (crack filling internal & external), Entrance gate not constructed, No RCC water tank built, No children play area with equipment, No society office provided, No duct cleaning work done, no lift maintenance done by builder, No proper housekeeping staff and no proper cleaning done, No generator back up provided, no compound tile work done etc.
Inspite of sending letter by all flat owners to the builder no work has been done by the builder. Kindly advise what can all flat owners and members/flat purchasers who are staying the building for several years do? what should be their next strategy/action?
All flat owners want to form a society and get it registered but before that they want to get all the pending works to be done by builder/developer.
kindly advise next course of action?

its been 6 months he has disappeared and not showing any signs. He had multiple physical issues which he hided before marriage and ran away sent a letter that stating, "I am running away from all and I can not tell anyone any reason you people can enjoy your life". this letter he has sent it on whatsapp.
Before running away He did all the planning plotting removed his all money from banks in cash , left his job and did drama of love and left like this.
His family is showing that they also dont know his whereabouts , but not even taking any efforts to find him. I had reported missing case on the day I received that letter. He lied and went outside and sent this letter. Fraud has happened to me , by hiding his physical conditions and now he is hiding . How to take divorce from such a culprit. and get justice.

In partition suit total 8 party are in suit including plaintiff.share will be 1/8 each.when father is alive than father get 1/8 and mother get 1/8 also ?

I purchased a resale flat in Sep-23, got registered and got khata transferred in my name. The condition in the sale agreement is the seller has to give possession by 15-11-2023 else she become defaulter and liable to pay penalty to the purchaser. Also pay rent of rs.20k per month for the period beyond due date of handing over the possession. Now the seller still not vacated and handing over the possession. He is ready to give possession after 2-3 months with payment of rent, but not ready to pay penalty.
How to move legally.

Dear sir /madam ,
In one of the village XYZ during 1964 , 9 acres of land has been issued DKT patta to one owner like AB-1( 5 acres ) AB-2(4 acres ) . But later that person moved out of station on bussiness ,when he was back . he could see only 5 acres in his name . Local authority says his 4 acres ( AB-2 ) has been removed from DKT register and other 2 members has filed for patta in court . But I hope these records cannot be manipulated at district and zone level .
My ask here is .
1) During 1964 was there any law like only 5 acres eligibility per person ? DKT land
2) Any possibility to claim or fight back for that 4 acres of land . That person still holds 5 acres and can he fight for the 4 acres which was stolen from him .
3) Unluckily that person has lost his D-form papers for all 9 acres and no one is giving proper information .
4) How do we get information regarding AB-2 patta owner details ( DKT register ) Can we get the D form issued again ,since this land is in court . How can he fight back ,we would like to know the approach .

This survey number has 4 divisons .
AB -1 ,AB-2, AB-3 ,AB-4 .
AB-4 is the litication one and is in court . Rest 3 subdivison lands are under farming but there is no route to get into these lands and we could not see in any records . I own AB-1 ,AB-2 lands but managing with Khariff crops taking help of coolies. No tractor and lorry can come into my lands . All the routes has been blocked and few farmers trying to grab all these 4 divisons lands from us .
One bad thing is all belong to same community and village and are relatives .
