Injunction order

Dear Sir, pls let me know that whether the award of the Lokadalat can be declared as not binding upon the person who is holding the suit property?

e.g. Mr. A(Landlord) and B(Tenant) has got an award by Lok-adalat. Now the period mentioned in the award is over and Mr. A has filed execution petition for recovery of possession. Thereafter Mr. B's brother has instituted a suit in the civil court for declaring the award is not binding upon him as the suit property was in his possession. Further he has filed a temporary injunction application for staying the execution proceeding? So pls guide me to get rejected the TI application and suggest if there is any authority in this regard

In that suit can he ask for interim injunction not to conduct the election till the disposal of the suit? Is he barred from asking the interim releif since there is no main prayer for injunction?
