If defendant makes a statement A that is not raised in the cross examination by the Plaintiff's attorney. Does that mean that statement A will stand as it has not been rebutted?

Sir, I live in Bina (town) M.P. Here Govt. Allotted a liquor shop on Khimlasa –Bina but It has been situated at Bina- chore by the license holder. It’s been a public residential area surrounded by Jain temple, civil hospital and Hindu temple. The neighbouringhood gentle person is very much perturbed and perplexed with the undesirable activities of drunk persons. Religious person and women are facing a lot of comments/ remarks in a way of abuse and dirty wordings by drinkers.
The liquor is not only sold from the shop but also the same Is served on the table –chair placing by the side of main road openly . So this liquor shop is creating a public - nuisance.
Myself complained related authorities many times, but no action has been taken by them yet.
Now I wanted to file a Suit/PIL against them . Please suggest where and how?
Thanks,
Yours

Can a Manufacturer/Seller file a suit for rendition of accounts against buyer, upon non settlement of his Bills ???
Dear Sir,
My client had paid 12 installments of 46 regularly...for purchasing commercial vehicle by Hire purchase method. Then Due to Accident he could not pay installments 3 months. Company did not use any cheque given by client. Then suggested client to repair a vehicle , he sent that vehicle to get repaired. Then After vehicle repaired...n The man recovered from injury. He paid the installment in a bank account as sufficiant fund for that installment so that company can use the cheque given them for installment, so cheque was not dishonored due to insufficiant fund, so client was not guilty about pay installment. but after paying the installment that Finance company did not try to get installment n seized vehicle without notice. When my client show readiness required amount to get back vehicle, they said vehicle had been sold. In the district forum, they said that party is as defauter. n District forum interpretated that client is guilty to pay loan installment. In Appeal, to take case in favour, can u please suggest Any Judgment for case n remedy to get vehicle back?

Forged sale deed
Hi all,
There's a sale deed that has been executed for one of the property on the basis of misrepresentation and now a suit has been filed in regard to the cancellation of the same, however, the property still continues in the possession of the Plaintiff i.e. the person who was cheated / duped to sign the alleged sale deed.
I am looking for some of the latest SC judgements in the favor of the plaintiff. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
