Interim injunction

Dear experts, plaintiff has filed a suit for declaration that rejection of his nomination papers in the election to a society is invalid and that he is entitled to contest the election. In that suit can he ask for interim injunction not to conduct the election till the disposal of the suit? Is he barred from asking the interim releif since there is no main prayer for injunction?

You must file one suit for both, declaration and for permanent injunction and also file
injunction application for interim injunction
and in that way u can get stay order in ur favour and against society.
