Respected Sir / Madam,
The undersigned seek your expert advise on the below stated issue....................
I purchased new air condition of Voltas make for my home in the year August, 2016.
The AC warranty was for one year and compressor warranty is for Five years.
Despite of repeated follow up and several reminders company technicians are not attending on time the service complaint hence I called this time private service technician in July 2019, for resolving non-cooling problem.
During inspection of the unit at my home technician shown me that the inside cooing pipe lines - 3 nos has been soldered / brazed by the company during manufacturing of the unit.
Then i called the Voltas Technician by lodging official complaint. The company technician admitted the fact that the inner copper pipelines are soldered/brazed and told me that it is a regular practice of the company.
Besides payment full amount for new unit why should i take repaired unit from the company? But the company technician arguing that i should not call private technician for repairing the unit or else Volats company could have arrange replacement of the same.
I would be thankful if could advise me further appropriate steps in the matter.

Recently, I came across a decision of Karnataka Information Commission wherein there is a mention as per supreme court decision, that one person can file only three RTI applications in a year before one public authority. In spite of best efforts, I could not lay my hand on such decision.
Can the experts help me.

I was retired 1 year back. Governed by kvs cca 1957 rules. Now the authority is initiating departmental enquiry saying that I did not hand over hard copy and soft copy. Is there any power to initiate enquiry after the retirement

1.Whether my father can write a will for the property inherited from his sister after her death since she was not having any heirs IE husband, children?
2.Whether my father can write a will for the property Inherited from his mother after her death since he is the only heir.
3.Is the executor is necessary for the will?
If the executor is not mentioned in the will whether the Will is valid?
4.The will was written to 4 children. But the last son who was having the will has not revealed the fact of existence of the will for nearly 6 years. Whether this is correct and will is valid?

A few days ago I was going through official papers of internal use in which I found some numeric error or say that numeric parts were by error written vice versa to which I corrected it by whitner.was that acceptable by the department?That copy was a signed one having signature of three person out of which all are transferred from present place.
Please guide me to this.

Leakage in flat
I have received possession of my flat in Oct 2018, earlier it scheduled in Sept.18 but they postponed possession to October due dampness in the bedroom ceiling.
we are facing leakage issue in my flat since july 19. We raised this complaint to the facility management appointed by the builder. They have resolved this issue in 2019 after rainy season (after 122 days from the date of complaint raised) and informed us that issue is resolved but I had doubt on their work, So We have clearly mentioned on their complaint closure report that we can not check the effectiveness of the work done by you but they have closed our complained in their system.
Now this year also we are facing leakage issue in the same areas and some other areas as well and we have raised this complaint before 30 days but we have not received any response. We are also sending emails to the customer service portal of the builder but they are saying that you need to contact contact to facility management appointed by builder. So no one is resolving the issue.
In fact my possession of flat was postponed by builder from sept 18 to Oct 18 by given reason of dampness in sealing. Now I have doubt that they have handed over me this flat (in winter season) without resolving the issue. They have cheated with me by delaying my possession from rainy season to winter season to hide this issue of ceiling leakage. I have all evidences with me..
So I need expert opinion how to deal this issue..
