Can we take this type of order at the time of filling the case before the Consumer Forum?
Brief Story of the Case
Development Authority send a letter to deposit the Amount within 15 days otherwise we’ll take legal action against you. I already sent a legal notice and RTI to the Authority to know the detail of Amount.

Plz. provide me judgment details relating to Sec.138 of N.I. act that was given by Tamada. Gopala Krishna of A.P. High Court with Sub:
Filing of complaint w/o proper authorization i.e.complainant not file the Memorandum of Association and articles of association.
As per the judgement shows that the complaint is not maintainable.

WE HAVE PURCHASED A ATTACHED PROPERTY FROM MULTI STATE SCHEDULED BANK IN GUJARAT THROUGH TENDER SYSTEM. THE ORDER OF REGISTRAR OF NOMINEES HELD THAT THE PROPERTY TAX OF MUNICIPALITY WILL BE PAID BY THE BANK... BANK HAD NOT OBEY THAT ORDER SO DISPUTE WAS STARTED BETWEEN US AND THE BANK HAVE FILED ARBITRATION DISPUTE AGAINST US IN THE RAGISTRAR OF BOARD OF NOMIEES COURT SO THAT DISPUTE IS CONTINUE. AFTER THE INTERIM ORDER OF NOMINEE COURT THAT WE WERE DEPOSITED MONEY BUT AFTER FEBRUARY 2011 WE HAVE NOT CONTINUE TO DEPOSIT DUE AMOUNT BECAUSE NOMINEE COURT GIVEN DATE OF 8TH JULY 2011 BECAUSE OF TRANSFER OF THE JUDGE OF NOMINEE COURT. DURING THIS DURATION THE BANK HAVE SENT THE NOTICE OF 13(2) UNDER SARFACEA ACT THAT THEY HAVE CONSIDER OUR ACCOUNT AS NPA SINCE 31 MAY 2011 SO WHEN THE BANK LODGED ARBITRATION DISPUTE IN NOMINEE COURT ON ACCOUNT OF NPA THEN THE ANOTHER NPA THROUGH SECURETISATION ACT IS POSSIBLE?
I WANT TO KNOW THAT 2 NPA ON ONE ACCOUNT IS POSSIBLE ? IF YES THEN IN WHICH SITUATION?

Dear Sir/madam,
I am a student in Delhi and my grandmother passed away two months ago.She had been taking care of the family using her pension.My family includes me, my mother and my father as well as a cousin from a deceased aunt.
My grandmother had a bank locker in which she had kept hers and my mothers jewellery.
The yearly payment for the locker goes from a fixed deposit which exists in the same bank in my cousins name.
My father is a drunkard and may try to sell the jewellery to satisfy his addiction.
Is it possible that he and my cousin have access to the locker even without succession certificate as the rent goes from my cousins fixed deposit account.

Hello Sir, I Riyaz Ali I had taken Counsmer Loan for Laptop from bajaj Finance 4 years ago which i pay countine 8 Months after my financial proberlm i came out of india now working in dubai i did nt pay remaning emi and they issue notices against me which i did not replay finally one advocate call to my friend and enquring about and he told me that court had issued non-bailable warrant against me.sir please help me about this matter i can't come to india because i had to finish my contract in dubai which is three years
