what infrastructure would be needed for a law coaching class/academy? whose permission is mandatory? what are restructions? whether an advocate can start law coaching class/academy?

Read Advocates Act: A lawyer can impart law coaching provided that it doesnt interferes his work at Court.

Sec.34: Restriction on other employment, only coaching is exception-- you can teach any subject any class.

You can teach law, in any law college or coaching centre, but you cannot be the owner of such coaching centre. As long as are enrolled and practicing as an advocate, you should not have any other profession.

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU, SIRS! I would like to ask Mr. Raju a small query- whether advocate can teach in a coaching centre started by his wife, in other words whether a lawyer/advocate can coach in a coaching class run in the name of his wife?
