Can we take this type of order at the time of filling the case before the Consumer Forum?

Brief Story of the Case

Development Authority send a letter to deposit the Amount within 15 days otherwise we’ll take legal action against you. I already sent a legal notice and RTI to the Authority to know the detail of Amount.

you query itself is absurd....please mention whether u ve approached Consumer Forum or not?

prior to that mention the detailed facts of the case.

finally, you can not direct the court to pass any specific order, the court is to pass final orders after appreciating the entire facts, circumstances and evidence adduced in the case.

As the authority failed to provide you details of payment sought by you after receipt of notice directing to deposit the amount so such authority cannot take your plot in its possession and this plea can very well be raised by you while in litigation.
