Non Bailable Warrant for not paying Bank loan

Hello Sir, I Riyaz Ali I had taken Counsmer Loan for Laptop from bajaj Finance 4 years ago which i pay countine 8 Months after my financial proberlm i came out of india now working in dubai i did nt pay remaning emi and they issue notices against me which i did not replay finally one advocate call to my friend and enquring about and he told me that court had issued non-bailable warrant against me.sir please help me about this matter i can't come to india because i had to finish my contract in dubai which is three years

it must be fake call...its a matter of civil liability so dont be afraid of any such call....if u wish to settle the matter with the bank then tell ur friend to pay the money on ur behalf....even ur mental peace wont be disturbed.

Well advised by Mr.Kiran Kumar. At the same time, when you could go to Dubai for work, repayment a small consumer loan EMI for Laptop should not be a problem. Will default will definitely land you in trouble if not as threatened purportedly by an advocate. Banking is based on trust if any party commits breach of trust, where will be definitely unpleasant consequences. Better you repay the loan and settle the matter for buying peace.
