License for storing Acetone (commercial) Small Qty

I understand that the storage and distribution of petroleum products are regulated by Petroleum Products Act and for solvents like ACETONE is governed under the Inflammable Substances Act - Under this Act, certain notifications issued under the PP Act applies to the solvents - Under what class (A, B Or C) of the Petroleum Products Act is the Acetone classified. We have a godown where we want to store small qty of around 100 litres (commercial grade, for use as nail polish remover), in transit for supply at our customers retail outlets. WOuld be obliged for expert's guidance on this!

legal query

Dear professionals,

A foreign company wants to store its goods (produced out of India) in Indian Warehouses and sell the same to its Indian customers whenever indian buyers place an order with the foreign company. This will save time and cost of the company in supplying goods to indian buyers. The foreign company donot have any establishment in India (no branch office or subsidiary).

As per the FEMA (establishment of Branch office, Liason office or other place of business) regulations, a foreign entity cannot establish any place of business in India without permission of RBI.

Now under the Free trade and warehousing zones (FTWZ) scheme, Can this foreign company (without opening any branch office etc.) store its goods in the warehouses of FTWZ and then later sold it to Indian buyers (these will be considered as Importers) as and when it receives the order.

As per the SEZ scheme, the FTWZ are considered as Foreign territory for the purpose of Indian laws.

please provide your views on the matter as soon as possible.

Abused!!!

I have been married for 13 years. Ours was an absolutely perfect marriage, till the day i discovered my husbands extra marital affair witha concubine!! Having been confronted, he compromised for a few days, but i got to know that he is very much meeting her. Later he started absconding on weekends..weekdays..and finally left n never returned!! All this without any talk or communication to me. This is happening from the last eight months. He has not been giving me any money. I am not earning and have survived with the little savings i had and now am dependent on my family and friends. I am 35 years. Now he has stopped paying the emis of the home loan of the house we jointly own. Two emis have been bounced. Third emi if not paid, the bank will auction the house.
I have ample proof to proove adultery. I have been under immense trauma physically and mentally in these months and am under medication.
1. Can i sue him for adultery? criminal or family?
2. Can i sue him for domestic violence?
3. If i ask for maintainance and pray to court to direct him to pay emi, can i sue him later for adultery and dv, coz i will be homeless if i dnt prioritise the house problem.
4. How can i charge the concubine for abetting dv?
5. Should i ask for restitution fo conjugal rights? If i do then again does my claim to adultery and dv be lost?

Consumer Court case

Brief Story of the Case

Actually my Client purchased a House from ADA under self financed scheme @ 160,000=00. In which 25000=00 deposit at the time of application submitted and rest amount will be paid in four equal Installments as per terms and conditions. In allotment letter clearly indicated that the time of possession increase or decrease price of house will be pay by the owner.
But problem is that near about 20 years after ADA sent a notice that please deposit 150,000=00 as soon as otherwise we will canceled your allotment. In the mean time my client sent a letter to ADA to that some more time given to us to deposit the said amount. I sent a legal notice to ADA for cancellation to dues without any details I also applied RTI for the details of dues.
ADA replied that they will take legal action without any other notice. So I want to know my Experts that if we file Complaint in Consumer forum first date will be give us by the court after 3 month then in the mean time ADA take any action against my client? What other action will be taken by the client to save their house. ‘No any action taken by opposite party till the case finalization.’
Can we take this type of order at the time of filling the case before the Consumer Forum?

Give me direction
