I filed O.S for injunction in Junior civil courts regarding my house site and later AWARD passed by national lokadalat.
But, the problem is prior to court dispute some another person bought the site and given some money.Now, he was locked the agreement empty site handover the possession of the AWARD site.
I want to file E.P s to handover the site.Kindly advise.

An association is formed under the Karnataka Societies Act 1960. The association has conducted its Annual General Body Meeting and elected the Executive Committee Members and office bearers. It would be helpful to know whether the resolution for opening the bank account is to be passed at the AGM only or it should happen in the subsequent executive committee meeting

I am bcom 1 year student i am interested in law but came to know about clat now after completion of bcom 1 year exam can I give clat and if I get any top 10 nlu i will go in them and if by any case I didn't worked out i still had a option to pursue bcom as grad
Is it worth it to give clat in bcom 1 year

I have worked for 25 years in Biovet Industries Daman UT. From November 2022 company has been closed and they have not given me service etc. From Aug 2019 to Oct 2022 ie 42 months, they deducted PF contribution from my salary but not submitted the same amount in PF office. After 4 months they paid to some worker gratuity along with 42 months PF contribution. Kindly advise the way forward. Under which rules he is punishable?

I never thought I could get scammed of my Bitcoin , I never new these investments were fake . I never knew I was getting lured into loosing my money , I was depressed and in anger but all thanks to Richard Morgan for the help and professional service offered to me in my time of need .
