Government job suspension

I have been charged for an offence in 2020. I got suspension order from my govt job. After 3 years in 2023. Iam proved to be not guilty and acquitted by court. Can i rejoin my govt job.

An order of suspension made or deemed to have been made may at any time be modified or revoked by the authority which made or is deemed to have made the order or by any authority to which that authority is subordinate.
Suspension of an employee means keeping an employee away from work-place temporarily for reasons of discipline. However, the suspension does not mean removal from service of employment.

Of course you must rejoin duties forthwith since suspension order is stated to have been revoked by competent authority, besides the fact you have been acquitted by the Court.
