What are the procedure for update EMAIL ID and Mobile No at RESERVE BANK OF INDIA
ONE OF MY CLIENT HE WANTS TO UPDATE HIS RECORD AT RBI

Your friend might be having a previous communication or record with RBI, you may ask him to proceed through he same route

To update means he has already having communications with RBI. In profile there may be an option. Or he ask them how to proceed to update profile.
