I have just completed LL.B. and going for registration with the Bar Council. In this regard I want to know whether it is necessary for a Advocate to do practice in court or in tribunal or other areas.
Whether there is any provision in the Advocate Act or otherwise which prohibits an Advocate doing job. Means an Advocate may do service instead of practicing.

Whether Bombay Ceiling & Holding Act is applicable to Registered Trust Property. A property of Registered Public Trust was acquired by Govt of Maharashtra in Ceiling & Holding Act. Whether it is proper. If No, Please suggest the provision. thanks
