What are the possible / potential opportunities by having this degree?
How is this course?
By having MBL will there be opportunities in Cyber / Information Security / Privacy related law consultancy? Is there a market for these services?

Hi, Is the amalgmation order passed by Hon'ble High Court attracts stamp duty? If yes, where it can be paid if properties are situated in different state?

Dear sir.
I have completed B.COM(H)from d.u. I want to do LLB. In U.P (CCS UNIVERSITY) provide LLB degree for a enterance test but its a formality . All colleges under this university provide direct admission or says confirm admission .
so my query is LLB degree provided this colleges under CCSU value in as per law & is there any problem in registration for enrolment as an advocate. can i do this university for LLB cource .
Plz. suggest me

Our society was formed in Nov 2009 & still the allotemet letters regarding the parking space is not issued by the society, i have written the society seeking details of the parking spaces & their allotees, i understand that the builder has still not provided these details to the society my query is
a) can the builder delay providing these details to the society
b) wat shud the society have done in case of such delays
c) can the society prevent me from parking my vehicle in the compound
d) since the builder is still selling the available parking spaces how can i prevent him from doing so
e) wat are the remedies againt some of the society's managing committee members acting in collusion with the builder for the above delay & encouraging sale of available parking spaces

Lnd. Experts,
Block level revenue dept. of Jharkhand is constantly harassing me, to get some money. It is there routine work. Most of the people pays up. Their activities has been published several times in the local daily newspaper also. Even complaining at higher officials too is not proving deterrent. They call me several times to come negotiate, but I rarely goes there. This I discussed with my lawyer, who says that, they are like this and nothing can be done against them. Due to their(govt. dept) behavior, no lawyers goes or attend CO court. Do any govt office has right to harass any people in the guise of official duty? What is the solution CBI or local Vigilance? Pls suggest. It is a matter of Jhrkhand state.

A commercial Bank had succeeded in getting a decree against a company in the drt.However,it was set aside by drat, thereby, implying that there is no legal demand against the company currently.The bank has immediately given notice under 13(2) securitisation Act asking company to make payment in 60 days irrespective of the drat order.What safegaurds the company can adopt to save itself from the draconian acts of the bank as per law? The bank will also go-ahead under 13(4) and discredit the company by paper publication.
