Sir/Madam,
I would like your views on whether I need permission to buy Sc st granted land in 1943 Karnataka. There is a payment done for Rs.10, there is no sale transaction s since 1943 and people are telling me since it is 1943 grant, it would come under the no rule period so the provisions of the PTCL Act doesn't apply to this land.
Please post your views/suggestions.Thank you
How to get A-register copy ?.
The land was registered before independence. I approached VAO(village Administrative officer) to get an A-register copy. for our land from the year of1970
I was told that A-Register copy is not available with VAO (from 1970).
VAO asked us to approach Colllector office. We apporached the collector office , but we got only FMB. We were told again that they couldn't found.
We don't know how to get A-register copy.
Please advice us what to do next.
Respected experts,
Some of my cooperative members cautioned me not to sell my flat to any Muslim, Biharis, Maroairy .
Secondly they dictate the terms if rent it out .in terms of their what should be the family size of the tenant.
How much is this justified.

My sisters husband died intestate. He has investments in UTI units and others and also a piece of land in Tamil Nadu. There is only One legal heir who is resident in Mumbai. My question is
1. Whether legal heir certificate will be valid for transfer and registration of land and other assets in the name of the legal heir.?
2. What is the law in Tamil Nadu with respect to registration of land by letter of administration or legal heirship holder?
3. How much is stamp duty application for obtaning legalheirship certificate and succession certificate?

Dear Sir,
We are having 10 registered Co-Op Societies around our society. Few Members from other societies has formed federation without any registration with government. Now they are pressurizing us to join the federation and Pay Rs. 200/- Maintenance Charges Monthly for common Maintenance. Our Committee Members are also in favor of joining the same despite oppose from few members.
What action can members take to oppose legally?
Where can i find law for federation formation?
Does the Conveyance Deed will be done on Federation Name?

Hi,
As per My great grand father's will, one of his lig (rohini scheme) plot is being given to my father. Now DDA has converted that plot to lig flat. My father did all the payments till possession. Now we have to apply for possession but we lost our file. We have application number, registration number, receipt number but the main thing is we lost our file. Now how can we get that file from DDA. In DDA we visited 6-7 times. One person is saying go there another is saying same thing. Then one of DDA person said you take this number and contact DDA over the fon. DDA is not picking call. I checked with another DDA employee, as per him person who is working for lig scheme, he is gone for any camp in vasant vihar, come day after tomorrow. M not able to understand the procedure as every person is not free all the time.

Dear Experts,
Need your suggestions
I have recently DC converted my site in shivamogga, Karnataka and got the Khata in my name. The site is very big, it is 10,000sqfs.
My question:Is it possible to divide this site into 3 of the family members (myself, mother & father), and get 3 separate khatas on individual names?
Later if any of the family members wish to sell his part, can it be sold?
Does the local city corporation need any approval from the uban development authority again? Will the local urban development authority SUDA (Shivamogga Urban development Authority) have any objection to it?
Does SUDA creates any objects when applying for house construction plans approval stage?
The local authorities are not making it clear, hence posting here.
Appreciate your suggestions.
Thanks
