Dear sir,
Can a schedule tribe of Jharkhand buy land from a Schedule tribe of Andhra Pradesh? If yes what’s the procedure. Does it also need the collectors permission? Please advise.

Dear Sir Madam,
Fraud come to knowledge that,A late Muslim father has 15 childrens,and second one son made a sale deed in the year 2011 of his father's own bought land by changing his name and father's name,and misleading and cheating his father as saying lease agreement and keeping 1st witness of his own brother and 2nd one is unknown false people and taken hose loan in their changing name and constructed home building and trying to grab the whole property,as he is government employee of Coal India and monetary strong among all sons. Kindly provide legal advise to make share holder of all childrens can we file case against 2nd son ... Against such fraud and chitting with families? Please provide procedure for getting justice. Awaiting earliest reply from any legal advisors on above.for further doing needful at the earliest.

Property is owned by a partnership where one partner is HUF. I paid 15% to builder get it registed in my name and I asked loan from Bank. Then bank asked to have NOC from all members of HUF. Then Bank found that in HUF 2 members are minor. Now bank is asking Court order for minor member.
What is the procedure and charges to obtain court order.

what is the part of grandson in the property of grandfather if father is no more and there is peternal uncle alive and he want to take 3 parts of the property i.e his part and his two sons...and i and my brother are two brothers..is this correct legally?

I booked a flat in navi mumbai in march 2020 and deposited 50,000 token moneyas (cheque) but he did not issue me any allotment letter against the booking. On March 23, Nationwide lockdown was imposed and all the services stalled.
After lockdown, i contacted the builder in November 2020 for further process in matter but the sales manager told me that your flat has been sold to another buyer(without any communication with me during this entire period)
He offered me other flat in the building but with increased price and lower carpet area which was not accepted by me .
When I asked for token money, he told me that your booking is cancelled and token money is forfeited.
I wrote a letter to the builder to return the token money but he is not replying.
Please guide me how to get my token money back as I have not cancelled the booking.

I am going to purchase a Plot from a builder which is already converted into 143(change of lamd use.). When I search the Kharsa No in bhulekhe.up.in (Lucknow /Sarojni Nagar/ Village), its showing the name of Kishan (Name of the farmer from whom builder has purchased the property). The builder has done the registry with the farmer but not done the dhakhil Khariz . So, is such type of land is safe to buy.

My mother passed away 3 yrs back. She had left some land in my name as per her will. She had also left some land to my brother. Two separate wills were created. My brother has both wills and is not giving mine to me. He has shared a digital copy but the scanned copy is not clear. What are my legal options to get the will? Also, can I see his will to be sure there is no conflict?

In municipal office they asked the 6k to change name.. How can i deal it.. If i asked they said your application not in this table.. commissioner said your application not reached me. your suggestion needed...
