Hello Sir/Madam,
Is it ok to buy agricultural land(belongs to Karnataka) which was "inam" in the year 1966 and converted to "sarkari" in the year 1969 and later it is converted to "patta"?

Actually the venture does not have LP number so i have constructed house without LP number

Property was purchased by my grandfather by his self earned money on her daughter's name(who is my mother . She is married and age 17) in 1985 and was kept by the grandfather for work. In 2008 grandfather passed away and the son of the grandfather forcefully took possession until 2011 when notice was served to him by my mother. A family deed settlement was made between my mother and her brother that mentions property was purchased by grandfather on mothers name with his own money which is being handed over to her and she shall have no other claim on any property on her father's name which was signed by my mother.
Now my mother has been served notice by her sister demanding share in that property that was purchased on her name in 1985 by my grandfather using his own earned money and showing family deed settlement between my mother and her brother as proof. The sister(my aunt) demanding share and has filed for injunction. What to do? She says as the property was purchased by grandfather with his own money she should get equal share

I have rented out a commercial property (Shop) for 3 years through contractual agreement. But tenant failed to pay the rents for several months within the due date agreed upon every month mentioned in agreement. Although he agreed to vacate the shop as his business is in loss. But after repeated promises , he didn't vacate and now threatening not to vacate the property at all. Eviction notice is also sent but he is not responding and not vacating. What can be done as per law?

My case at MahaRera got disposed off as consent terms were filed between me and the estate agent in conciliation forum. The estate agent promised to refund my amount till March end but has defaulted.
How to file online execution application in MahaRera now? I don't find any option in my MahaRera login dashboard.

I have an ikrarnama on a Rs.500 stamp paper for sale of a certain property but the same is not notarized by any notary. The said ikranama contains the amount at which such property is sold and also the clause that it can be sold further without seller being able to claim it. What is the legal enforceability of such Ikranama and how can I check if it is real or fake?

My father is having a commercial property (Shops) in Rajasthan Distt. Sri Ganganagar and he had rented it around 6 years back. Last year my father lost his life to COVID. As my sister is a doctor, she wants to open a charitable clinic in the above-rented shop. So we had requested the tenant to vacate the shop. For the past 2 months, the tenant is giving false excuses to vacate the shop and intentions seem to be negative only. Please suggest how we can proceed to get possession of our property back.
