sale of property

My relative's ancestors have got a house thro' a will, in the year 1900 with a condition that the legal heirs can enjoy the property in lieu of performing certain charities every year. Some additions were added in the house subsequently and charities were also done.
Now, after 110 years, the present legal heirs, as per the will of their mother, wants to sell the property and share among themselves leaving 6%of the sale proceeds for charity purpose.
Is it legal?Experts kindly clarify and advice.
IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THE PERFORMANCE OF CHARITIES,6%OF SALE PROCEEDS IS SET APART IN THE ALIENATION PROCESS.KINDLY CLARIFY ON THIS CONTEXT.
I wish to keep this query as open.

Expired house lease deed

I had given out my flat to a multinational company on registered lease deed for 2 years for a specific employee. The lease expired two weeks back and company as well as myself were both interested in making a new lease deed. Rent was agreed and company even paid stamp duty in registrar office.

However company has now come out with a new format of lease deed which is more favourable to them. I am insisting on same format of lease deed which has expired. So a deadlock has formed. I am wondering how to reolve this issue. Should I do individual lease with the employee himself? What happens to stamp duty already paid by company? Should I keep on persuading the company to change the clauses? Should I give notice to company to vacate the premises? Should I agree to their clauses?

Object of society member/chairment for selling flat

Dear Sir,

I have one property located in rich area of ahmedabad, gujarat. I want to sell this property for some personal need of money.
There are 2-3 buyers who are ready to purchase this flat.
I can get the benefit of 3 lacs extra then the expected property price if I sold it to one of the buyer. but society chairmen and flat neighbor are taking objection against this deal.
They are asking not to sell flat to Sindhi community people and I don’t see any such reason for objection. For them only community is concern. For their satisfaction they can even go through background checking process which includes No Criminal Certificate or etc.
Can anyone please suggest me remedy of this issue?

Thanks in advance.

resolved can daughtershare in property

sir,
my mothers father made a will that the property belongs to his 2 sons and not for daughters.the property is not self aquired
by my grand farhers it is his fathers property.it will become ancestral
so the duughters son can claim against property

but the brothers already made the partition to their names according to will
and khata to their names so the daughters son can claim ,because daughter is dead and to file suit the mutation and rtc paper is enough to file suit
